The kind lady from Switzerland assured me that we had a great room. Trust me when I say that I will never be going to Switzerland. If this was a good room then the whole property must be a total dump. I cannot begin to describe the disgusting state of this awful room. From the light bulbs missing in the...

Best condo in Kona. Your on Alii Dr. In room 346 you have a view of trees, ocean. No shops you can't see the town on either side. It's easy to get to. You feel really safe. And it's CLEAN. All amenities.

It seems like almost every other room is owned by someone different meaning my experience is different than your's is different than their's. Our room was nice. The spare fold out bed Was absolutely awful but using it folded up as a couch was fine. The king size bed was great. The only light in the ceiling was in the...

We booked our room through Priceline for $70/night which was the cheapest we could find by at least $20-30/night anywhere on the big island (cheaper than a hostel would be for 2 people) Our room was comfortable and had an air conditioner that worked great, tv (that we never watched) full size refrigerator, microwave, skillet (which we used everyday to...

Made noise like a loud lawn mower. The bed was dirty. Queen size we were suppose to have a king. Broken lamp. Floor dirty...

The location of this complex is amazing. Let me say the room is a value BUT if you are a person who spends a lot of time in the room I don't think you would like this place. The pool is a great feature and there is a hot tub; however there is no in room WIFI it's only available...

Islander Inn is right on Ali'i Drive in Kailua village - steps to Island Lava Java, Huggo's on the Rocks, Bubba Gumps, and only few minutes walk to shops, services, cafes, bars, historic palace and more in the strip between the pier & King Kam hotel to Royal Kona hotel. Lively street during meal hours, but quiet by 9 pm....

This was a new and remarkable experience. After traveling 11 hours, and precisely following a raft of warnings about fees, I pulled into the parking lot and found the office. The man behind the desk politely told me that my room had been double booked but I could go somewhere else. At that point I called Ellen, the contact person...
