Very convenient location, right on the water, with a stunning view of the Kailua-Kona coastline with incredible sunsets each night. We even saw the green flash!!! We stayed in unit 203 and it was very nice, had new appliances and great beds. The in-unit washer and drier were very convenient. We'll definitely be coming back to stay again!

This place is so awesome, stayed in unit #203. Right on the water and each unit has a private balcony (they call them lanais) to relax on. Full kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you would ever need. You are immersed in the sounds of the ocean, with a constant light sea breeze blowing through, just a great atmosphere....

The location is Awesome...right along Ali'i Drive and feet from the ocean. View is amazing! Building could use a paintjob as the present color is not very inviting. Bedroom is pretty small but living room and patio makes up for it. Service is pretty bad...saw just ONE woman working the front desk and phone calls to the front desk were...

The submarine tour was a blast on the Atlantis submarine, many restaurants, and bars to choose from, also plenty of activity all with in a 5 mile radius. Some drive bikes, cars, but you'll find a lot of people walking and jogging around the area. It is a nice and pleasant environment. The natives treated me wonderful as I was...

From the outside, the building looks very dated (70's?), but the unit we stayed in, top floor, #405 was VERY nice and updated. Had 2 flatscreen TVs, nice kitchen and dining areas and a GREAT bed in the master bedroom. Kids slept on 2 couch-beds in the living room ,which closes off from the bedroom with sliding panels. Best part...

Outdated room that needs upgrades like new carpet and decor. The pullout bed was uncomfortable. We did enjoy sunset views, eating outside on the balcony, and hearing the ocean waves all night. We took advantage of the in-room washer/dryer. Allen, the concierge, helped us book a snorkel trip to Captain Cook. He gave helpful suggestions since we were traveling with...

Soulless condo complex down the coast from Kailua township. Location isn’t the greatest in the sense that you need to drive to get to basic stuff like restaurants, a supermarket or even a beach. I had no trouble with car parking but can imagine if the place was full I think there would be an issue. Had free wifi in...

"Partial ocean view" actually means "you can see some waves if you look down a walking path, past a building, across a street and under another building". "Queen or King bed" only referred to the pull out sofa as the bed in the bedroom was a double. "A/C in unit" worked great for the living room and kitchen area, but...

We spent a week on the Big Island (5 adults, 1 toddler) at Bali Kai in a 2 bedroom condo overlooking the ocean. The apartment was very comfortable and the location is just far enough out of town to be quiet and peaceful but close enough to enjoy what Kailua Kona has to offer. Unlike Oahu it's handy to have...
