Seem to be two good options when visiting Dubrovnik. A) Stay in or near the city and then visit the islands when you want to get out of the city or B) Stay on the islands and get the ferry into the city as a day tripper. The Glavovic was cheap (about 50 euro for a double for two people... More

After staying a week in the beautiful island Lopud, and receiving the incredible hospitality of Glavovic, we advise you to stay here. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and the general feeling, as a whole, is very welcoming. We'd certainly recommend that when arriving to Lopud, you'd choose Glavovic Hotel as your place of stay.... More

We spent three nights in Room 9. Corner room with beautiful views of water, beach and sunset. We were greeted warmly and served two glasses of sparkling wine while we were checked in and our luggage taken to our room. The hotel is steps to a sandy beach and 2 minutes from the Ferry drop. The owner made arrangements for... More

Hotel Glavovic is a cosy hotel, Lopud island´s oldest, but newly modernised. Family driven, the owners do their best to fulfill the wishes of their guests. Situated very close to the ferry quai, reaching the hotel is easy. The hotel restaurant serves excellant food, overlooking a splendid sandy beach with crystal clear waters. We had a room overlooking the bay... More

Great small hotel in excellent location, next to the harbour, 20 paces to a sandy beach, clear blue sea ideal for swimming across the bay. The hotel is basic but clean and well run by a delightful long established Lopud family who helped makeour stay so enjoyable. The kitchen is good with an array of fresh fish, we were even introduced... More

Excellent location, good price but the best is the owners after all. Extremely kind and helping. If possible, ask for room 7 or 8, those have the cutest little balcony facing the ocean where you can sit watching the sunset. Highly recommended!

Hotel in a great location on the front only a few minutes walk from the ferry. We had two adjacent rooms overlooking the bay. They were both great but the childrens 3 bed room had a double aspect which was particularly lovely. We always enjoyed our breakfast in the restaurant on the promenade. A lovely family run the hotel and... More

Only good point of this hotel is the nice location in the beautiful Lopud island. Breakfast is just acceptable. Hotel is very dirty (never seen anything so dirty like hotel carpet...), room very poor, bed very unconfortable, in toilet nothing working. Really no value for money
