The hotel is nice and elegant. The room is convinient. The staff is very helpfu and polite, can speak Italian, English, German.... The breakfast was fine. It is better to book the private parking place from the hotel itself.

Rooms are clean and updated, nice bathrooms (also updated). Looks like an upscale hotel but...problems. AC took 24 hours to adequately cool room. First night we slept on top of sheets. Parking issue: locals will double park behind hotel parking (costs 10 euros). When confronted after my fifteen minute wait, local yelled back, "I was only two minutes!" Hotel does...

rooms are up to date, cleaned daily. You have beach within 3 minutes by walk, all the Novigrad's restaurants and shops are behind the corner. Breakfast was included in price, offering local fruit and vegetables has a nice terrace in summer to enjoy your meal. Wifi was fair by stairs where we had room but those at the end of...

We were satisfied with almost everything. Friendly hotel staff, well-equipped rooms, fast wifi. Perfect location near the city centre, that's why a little noisy in the evenings. But it worth that trade off.

The hotel is built right into the old city walls and is most conveniently placed right by the port. We thought it would be a bit noisy, but not at all. Excellent rooms, very modern and clean. The hotel offers parking against a fee right in front of the building. We enjoyed our stay there and will stay there again,...

Arrived tired and stressed after mix up over another booking (wrong Novigrad!) to find most unhelpful girl on reception. More interested in chatting to boyfriend than helping us. Guess she must have been a temp, because things got much better from there in and we didn't see here again. Yes, rooms are small and a bit dark but it's either...

A very nice hotel, well kept up, with part of the old city walls as part of the hotel. Although rooms are small, the hotel is well done, bathrooms are not too small for Croatia, and breakfast on the terrace was excellent. Parking was a plus even though there was a charge, but we were glad to have a parking...

We had two rooms which were both comfortable and had a/c. Neither had a great view but that wasn't an issue - we didn't have a balcony so it didn't matter. From my room the evenings were quite noisy at night but as a central location this is not surprising, the other room faced a different direction and was fine....

we stayed 5 nights here and enjoyed every minute. excellent location in the centre of town, very quiet good variety for breakfast in the small garden, relaxed atmosphere, helpful with our car and bikes (they charged 40 kuna for car parking although it says free). quiet aircon, fridge in room and good blinds, (electric and wooden). Only problem paying bill,...

“We enjoyed looking out the window at the wall about 15 feet away; it was a front room. Perhaps if there had been people below eating (tables were there) for breakfast there might have been some noise but people were eating on the terrace and with AC the window was closed.”
