Do not visit this hotel!!!! Totally overrated. Small and noisy rooms, cheap atmosphere, poor beds and hygiene. Absolutely no value for money! For the price level, the hotel tries to be a high standard hotel. In the end, you do not feel welcome at all.

Well, we were a little worried when reading some of the reviews, but wow ! what a fabulous place. Very European, right on the slopes. Excellent facilities. In 4 days we had all possible weathers at mid Jan 2017. Used the rooftop pool in sun, stars, snow and rain. The wellness centre was great and always empty. The facilities are...

Got a rude shock when buying a double latte - €7.00!!! (We had to charge you for 2 coffees! This is not how buying a double shot coffee works!) The most I have ever paid for a coffee and an average one at that. When the only work/love put into it is pressing a button, not even barista made. Disgraceful....

We stayed here at the beginning of March 2016. We were impressed by every aspect of the hotel. The location was perfect for us as we were travelling with my 3 year old and wanted somewhere quiet but right on the slopes. I am surprised by the other reviews stating unfriendly staff, we had the exact opposite experience! Everyone who...

Very Nice and modern hotel, good location, ski in and out direct at the nasserein lift. We arrived after a long drive at 0630 in the morning .. 2 people from the service staff where Working in the reception .. We knocked and smiled to the staff inside.. No reaction at all. We waited .. 10 minutes to find out...

We weren't very hungry so just wanted something simple to share for lunch. What we got were seriously good French fries. Cut thin and some still had skins on and from the texture probably double fried. If your close to the Nassereinbahn then give this place a try!

Unfriendly staff who never smile, food has no flavor, zero atmosphere - reminded us of being in a airport terminal, poor service and staff who think they are better than you, 200 euros including wine - for something that was very amateurish is a rip off. Give this place a miss, better places around.

We're just finishing a weeks ski holiday at the Arlmont hotel, St Anton, we've had a great experience at this hotel with spectacular views of the slopes and mountains. The hotel has been designed to be light, airy and modern. The staff have been superb and the food excellent. It is located 20 yards from the gondola and you can...

I've had lunch in the restaurant a handful of times and i've been really impressed. Food is good value and portions are great (i recommend the chicken burger and chips). It's simple mountain food done well. Great spot to sit in the sun as It can get some shelter from the wind. Get in here for lunch and you won't...

We booked this hotel last minute as we were driving from Zurich through the Alps to Austria. I am so glad we did.. it is absolutely beautiful! We arrived a little late and the man who checked us in was warm and friendly.. turns out he was also the owner :-) The rooms are impeccable. My husband is an architect...
