Our room is really nice and big. It is very comfortable and well insulated from the noise. The owner of the hotel even kept a parking space for us in the front of the hotel. Friendly with no fuss. It is the best placed hotel in town .right in hte middle. I travel a lot and if hotels were as...

In the plus side, the staff were perfectly pleasant: allowed us to check in at noon, park right outside the door and keep the car there for the whole of our last day after we checked out. Breakfast was fine - standard local fare, and it's a great location for the lifts and town. As others have noted the lobby...

We have just spent 5 days here & won't be back. The smell of the smoke meets you at the door & follows you up the stairs to the room. The owner is rude & a bully, he threatened to check out one of our group for leaving his room keycard in the room (once), easy mistake. I wouldn't recommend...

The nicest hotel staff you can think of, so incredible service minded and helpful. Hotel is perfectly located by the ski lifts, close to the restaurants, the bus station etc. Rooms are clean and spacious, nice bed and delicious breakfast. Would definitely come again.

I love this hotel. The reviews that speak of smoky downstairs are not wrong - but the smoke does not go into the rooms. The rooms (and the rest of the hotel) are clean, tidy and well kept. The cleaners are very efficient. The location is perfect, close to the station, and even closer (1 min walk) to lifts, bars...

This hotel is in a great position and should be so much better than it is. It is obvious they feel they don't have to try. From the minute you arrive, the frosty reception, the tiredness of the rooms, the barely adequate breakfast belies what a great resort St Anton is. Friends of ours stayed at the Raffls and whilst...

In short, I would recommend Hotel Sailer to friends wanting to visit St Anton. More suited to those who are going to maximising time spent on the slopes as opposed to those wanting the hotel experience. Pros: - Amazing location and probably one of the best in the town - Clean and neat Cons: - Smokey downstairs bar area which...

Great location, close to station and across the road from ski lifts. Smoky bar on ground floor bit of a put off, but rest of hotel is fine. Comfortable clean rooms, good breakfast and attentive and efficient service. Rooms facing street and the mountain are the best.

Location couldn't be better, situated at the top of the high street, equidistant between the Rendlbahn chairlift and the main Galzig gondola. We arrived 10 mins after the reception closed (closes at midnight apparently). Luckily the owner lives in the hotel, however even though we emailed etc that we were going to be late (car hire issues) we were greeted...

A bit sceptic upon arrival due to comments, but no need for that. We arrived at 22.30, no problem with checkin (we had given notice of late arrival). It's one of the most central hotels, with regards to the skiing resort. A couple of points: It's not the Hilton, however it's better than most Hollidayinn Express hotels. The rooms are...
