Stayed here for a week for a skiing holiday. The room was large with an ensuite shower room and toilet. We had a twin room, 1 child bed and a double bed which was 2 mattresses next to each other but I understand that's traditional. There was a TV although not English, table and chairs and lots of storage. Also... More

We went on a family skiing holiday to Niederau in Jan 2016. We stayed in a Sonja guest house. Pension is very clean and warm run by a lovely family. Location is very good. 10 min walk to main ski slopes but on a back of pension is another little slope and you can ski from there to the main... More

Just returned from a planned skiing holiday as part of crystal ski package, however turned into a walking holiday, but it was a great week away anyway. Pension Sonja is a lovely guesthouse and the two hosts are very welcoming. Breakfast is available every morning and we were always offered more food when we were full! Very accommodating and nothing... More

My husband and I have just returned from a skiing holiday and booked this accommodation through Crystal ski. We were really pleased with our choice. Teresa and Micheal run this guest house. They are very welcoming and really do put themselves out to make sure you have everything you need. Our room was very warm and comfortable. We asked for... More

Had a great week's stay here in February 2015. The Dummer family who own and live here are all very nice and friendly. The rooms are a good size and quite cosy, and more importantly kept nicely warm during the winter so ideal for drying your damp skiing gloves, scarves etc on the radiator. There is a double door wardrobe... More

This modest and comfortable pension accomodation, set conveniently near the centre of the village of Neiderau, provided a perfect spot for visiting the area, near and far, for a couple of non-skiers. With good links locally by bus and train to both Innsbruck and Kitzbuhel (and a free tourist bus pass to the nearby ski areas), we were able to... More

Lovely people running this b&b in great location, centre of village. Breakfast is a simple and basic affair but at the price this is a good value stay. Rooms are a good size and we had a bath! Location is the key, just 50 mts from ski bus stop or 200mts to walk to nearest ski chair lift.

We had a fabulous time here in February 2013. Such a welcoming family and it was a great alternative to the hotels in the village. They really made us feel at home every morning at breakfast. Plus our room was very warm and cosy. Amenities in the room were basic but perfectly good. Very convenient for the supermarket opposite. Only... More

We have stayed first time here and we would like to come back again. One week ski holiday in Niederau was perfect for us. The area is perfect for beginner and intermediate also. The first slope is only 1 minute away from the hotel. About the hotel: the room was big enough, very clean and warm at wintertime, nice balcony.... More

I've stayed at Haus Sonja several times over the last few years, both summer and winter. Ther eis aleays gallons of hot water and the shower in each... More
