Just got back from an amazing visit in Ischgl and a stay at Zita with a group of 10. The chalet itself is prob in need of a refreshment at some point but, bothered, we didn't come here for the decor and the living room is small as described by others but decent enough for some good social nights with...

Hi Stayed here in Feb 2017 as a party of 10 guys. Had stayed two years earlier. Very good chalet for group bookings. The staff and particularly Natalie were really good and attentive. A credit to Ski Total. Food was very good and big thank you from all the guys to the staff.

The Chalet was in a great location and all the rooms that we experienced as a party of 8 were spacious, the apartment/ pent-house suit on the top floor was a great space. Our stay was however highlighted by the great team, Nat , Charlotte, Will and the big cheese chef Nick. We were made to feel very welcomed and...

Apres ski here is amazing, if you like to party it's a must visit place. Mountain is well run and hardly any queues, off piste riding is also excellent (gets tracked out pretty quick tho). Chalet zita is in need of a refresh and the beds are pretty small, however the staff were great and we were well looked after,...

This is a pleasant ski chalet, high up in Ischgl. We booked because of the "ski in" description on Total Ski's website. Additionally, the availability of single rooms was important. The chalet is exclusive to Total Ski. The single rooms were fine, if basic. They had a good sized ensuite shower room, and the rooms were adequately sized. There were...

Great location as one of the runs from the main piste area ends a few meters from the chalet. The rooms were clean and the food was good. However, bathrooms are cramped and need a serious update, the lounge is tiny and would fit 12 people comfortably but definitely not more than that. The Skitotal staff were extremely helpful and...

Overall I enjoyed the week but I don't think it was worth the price paid for what you get especially considering it was not a peak week. The staff were good and friendly, the food was nice most of the time, the double room was a good size but the bathroom very dated and 1970s style (but quite clean). It...

We stayed here for half term. The chalet itself is well run by Ski Total but the chalet is looking a little tired. The lounge and dinning area are separate and do not lend themselves to socialising as they are quite small for the number of guests. Ischgl resort itself is a great resort for boarders and skiers, with lots...

It's difficult to know how to rate this chalet - hence my score of average. Firstly, the chalet staff were beyond reproach - friendly, helpful, enthusiastic. Also, the chalet was clean, the rooms were a decent size, it was well located - you could ski back to within about a minute's walk and it was only a few minutes from...

Have just returned from spending a week here. Can say, without doubt the best chalet experience in eight years and two trips a year that I've had. The accommodation was ideally placed for a variety of options around town and for lifts up to the ski area. What really made the trip though was the chalet staff who couldn't have...

“Rooms 11 and 12 are on the top floor and come with a small seating area. They share a bathroom and (separate) loo which might be an issue if you don't all know each other!”
