This is a lovely friendly guesthouse, the breakfast had plenty of variety, you can have boiled eggs or scrambled eggs there is cereals, toast, jams, fruit juices, ham, cheese, salad, yogurt, cake and various breads. from this you could make your free packed lunch. Marianna was watching all the time and topping up the food, always asking is everything alright and have you... More

We can highly recommend the Furstenhof guesthouse in Alpbach, Austria. The rooms are a good size ( we were given a large room being a party of three) and are very clean and tidy. The breakfasts are typically Austrian and very plentiful. The owner is very friendly, attentive and obliging- she cannot do enough for all of her guests some... More

Furstenhof is a beautiful and reasonably priced guesthouse in Alpbach. It is spotlessly clean, has all amenities you could need and the owner goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and treats you like one of the family!

The town is wonderful; a lot of flowers (in summer). But you can only eat, drink, relax and walk. The realy interresting "Tal" (Vally) is next to Alpbachtal: Ötztal, Pitztal, Zillertal. The owner was not simpaty: she was always sitting in the breakfastroom and watching: When, what, how many you eat or drink!

We have just returned from a weeks stay in the Feurstenhof and were very happy with the accommodation and the service received. Our room was on the front of the building with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The room was clean and tidy and more than met our expectations. Breakfasts could be as much or as little as you... More

Stayed for a week through a Crystal Ski package. Clean and spacious room, very traditional, comfortable and warm. Heated racks downstairs for ski boots, and garage to store boards/skis/poles. Breakfast each day was a plentiful continental and a nice chance to chat with other guests and the hostess Marianne. Location at the top of the village was a ten minute... More
