It lacks authenticity and there is nothing special as they advertise. The food is average and the pools are quite small if you want to swim. The service wasn't friendly especially at the restaurant. We have been to Swiss hotels as well and we found them much better in terms of character and service

We stayed here on the last leg of our honeymoon and would have to say it was excellent, from the reception we received to the facilities offered. We had a panoramic room with an gorgeous view both during the day and at night when we would have the log effect fire going, indoor and outdoor pools were great and swimming...

We went skiing for the first time in January 2016, booking through a travel agency we secured a weeks stay at this hotel. I have stayed in many places around Europe, but this place really was the business with excellent food, brilliant team working there and it's within a great little village. The hotel rooms can be slightly dated as...

I stayed for one week and liked it a lot. The room was outstanding, food was good and tasty and the Spa reasonable. The only two slight negatives were the lack of coziness in the lounge area and the quality of the breakfast buffet.

What a delightful stay!. Wonderful location, lovely rooms, helpful and friendly staff and very nice food. We stayed a week, weather mixed. Numerous walks from the doorstep...free bus card free gondola/ lift card in summer. One of the real highlights was the spa..immaculate and delightful. Larger , south facing rooms are excellent. One negative....smoking is allowed in the bar All...

This was a tough hotel to review. The hotel itself is very nice, the staff extremely friendly, the room and view beautiful and the spa, that was one of the best I've ever visited with a lovely indoor/swim out to an outdoor pool, really good saunas and steam rooms and quite brilliant spa staff. The only thing that let the...

The Alpbacherhof is wonderfully situated overlooking the Alpbachtal and across to exquisite slopes of Austrian alpine meadows, beautiful farmhouses and majestic mountain slopes. Get a south facing room otherwise you only get the views from the public rooms. We were very fortunate and got one of the recently refurbished corner rooms with dual aspect - across and also down the...

This is a lovely hotel in a great little village and the service is great. The breakfast was substantial and the afternoon cake was lovely. The evening meal I would have liked a choice of dessert however the food was varied and presented like a master chef kitchen. My birthday was celebrated with a dressed table and lovely scroll which...

We stayed for a week in August 2016. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Evening meals were six courses and the chef could produce some great flavours. The dining room was well able to deal with dietary requirements and there were no complaints on that score. On a couple of nights the dining room...

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the local bus station. The sunset view from the garden is lovely. The staffs are very helpful. There are plenty of walks from the village or you would take the bus ( which is free for hotel guests) to other starting points. The breakfast and dinner are good. The only down side...
