I booked this holiday back in February and was horrified when I later read some of the reports on this site. Our party consisted of myself, my husband and 6yr old son, and my parents. I decided not to share the reviews with my husband and father as I knew it would cause stress and worry . On arrival at...

The hotel was amazing in its location, staff, atmosphere and value for money. The welcome from the staff when we arrived set the scene for the whole stay. What can we do for you ? seem to be their motto. The location was such that the views every morning set you up for a day of beauty and wonder. The cable cars travelled past the hotel...

Really enjoyed our stay here - booked a week, could have happily stayed longer. All inclusive was an advantage and we found the food very good, clean rooms and helpful staff. Could have done with a small table and a couple of chairs on the balcony which was quite small - others were larger, but overall we would go back...

I am not sure why there were so many bad review on this hotel. I stayed there between 28th Feb and 7th March 2009 The location was perfect, right beside the three different lifts, ski hire and close enough to town - only 10 euro taxi down - which we shared with a group every night. All hotel staff were...

The worse reception team I had ever met, especially Martina, the cruel and impolite. Be careful with ski pass return refund. She well try to keep it for her own. The rooms, especially the double and twin ones are terrible, the same like youth hostel. Cleanness is so far from this “hotel”. The bathrooms are dirty and the running water...

While our stay in the hotel was enjoyable (made most of the fun ourselves) and we were well treated by all staff..The fact that there was a charge of 4 EURO for a jug of tap water and in addition the house wine was never available, just a selection of overpriced wines, was a joke. Having to check out before...

We were a party of 6 people staying at the hotel for one week from the 3rd Jan 2009. We had read some pretty awful reviews about the hotel before we left, but only after already booking the holiday. However we went there with an open mind, and when we arrived things appeared to be better than we had anticipated,...

We booked as a group 9 rooms last April for a week in this hotel for and including the New Year. 2 weeks before we were all due to depart one family were told that their 2 rooms were no longer available. They put up a good fight and eventually got the rooms back. When we arrived late on the...

The Schwebeban was overall a fantastic hotel to stay in, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly, however it sometimes proved a challenge to find anyone to serve a drink even though we did go all inclusive. The food however was undeniably good, there was plenty of choice every night and a lovely breakfast to look forward to...

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel in Zell Am See and unfortunately a lot has changed in the last four years. The rooms are somewhat dated and we had problems getting the room we reserved (we wanted a room with a shower not bath) and the Reception staff were somewhat put out when we asked to...
