The hotel placed just near the train station which is very good since we went everyday snowboarding in a different resort. The food is good and the soups are amazing. Tap water costs money which is very annoying. Great Ski room. The spa is disappointing for me, the water isn't

As a traveller, i have been to many hotels. Some with good conditions, other a bit less. But the most important part of the stay is always the type of service that you get. In the neuhaus hotel, the facility conditions are OK, but the service was the worst. The staff speaks very

The staff are very friendly and the rooms are well appointed but it could be better. The meals were tasty but charging 2.50 euros for a bottle of tap water is a bit cheeky. Having live music in the bar every night is a bit outdated especially as their repertoire consisted of old

Movie bar is just next door and owned by hotel. Failing that there is a Sports bar on the main street no more than 10 minutes walk away. Hope this helps.

Hi. No I don't think they would get bored at all. There is a kids playground in the garden with swing, slide, zip line etc plus indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The garden is huge with loads of sun beds and swinging seats. Inside there is bowling, table tennis, pool. There is a cinema attached too but we didn't use it so I don't know if they show films in English or not. There was only one choice of kids meal a day. I had it one day because I didn't like the adult choice and it was actually a bigger portion! (Fish fingers). Check out the Zillertal Arena at Zell am Ziller (a few stops down on the train that goes from right outside hotel) there is a 'coaster' ride (sit on a tray with brakes and whizz down the hillside... Your kids could sit on your laps). GREAT fun and if you go on the cable car to the top there is a massive kids playground. Great fun at top of Ahorn mountain too.

The answer is no and the hotel has a lovely indoor pool as well as a small outdoor one if the weather is hot enough.

It depends on your room. All junior suites are, but not if you are in the adjacent Annex, which is over the road from the main hotel. However, you can get them from reception, for a small deposit.
