Outstanding staff, very friendly, most of whom speak some English. The breakfast was great, but the dinners were also amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my six days here in late August. You hear the cow bells in the field but otherwise very quiet in a nice location at the end of the valley in Kaprun. I was sad to leave!

Stayed in this hotel with a couple of friends and we had the best time. It is the perfect location for a ski holiday with beautiful slopes near by. It has a real traditional austrian feel very welcoming and homely, perfect after a long day skiing! Will definitely go back, if nothing else i miss the amazing breakfast!

I went with my 2 girlfriends to this amazing hotel and not only did we find great food, brilliant accommodating rooms and even better apres ski spa & sauna, but we met the Nindl family who are the kindest, most entertaining people I have ever met. They made sure our stay was the best by giving us the best recommendations...

We decided to drive to Kaprun, Austria, to catch some early season skiing before travelling back home. After finishing, we had to find a hotel. There were lots around that had availability but this particular hotel caught our eye. Very pretty looking from the outside and warm and inviting inside. The staff were very accommodating, especially as we had just...

We've stayed here 5 times in the last 7 years for Thanksgiving day. Marie and Joseph are wonderful as well as the rest of the staff. The food is wonderful...especially the breakfasts. Location to the ski bus stop is less than 100 yards away. Can't wait to stay again.

Hotel is, like other people have stated, a bit dates but most importantly: clean. Diner was okay, I can agree the comments of other people that it might not be 4 stars... The breakfast however was very good! And yes, we also saw that e.g. cakes that were not used for diner were served at breakfast. But what's wrong with...

The hotel was nicely decorated and clean. The ski site was not so far from the hotel. The breakfast had wide-range of choices. They have saunas and swimming pool, but during our stay unfortunately there was only one sauna opened. Most of the hotel staffs were friendly and helpful, but what spoiled our stay was the very rude attitude at...
