One of my best vacations! We stayed in a large cabin. It was comfortable, clean, spacious, well equipted, relaxing! Fresh towels every day. Laundry services on site. Fire pit & lawn chairs to enjoy campfires at night. Gracious hosts. Centrally located to so many wonderful sites. Minutes from downtown Custer. Walking path right at the end of the drive. A++++++++

Very pleasant to deal with, full of helpful info, great facilities, very diverse accommodations, very very nice campground! I can't wait to come back! I am being forced by tripadvisor to add more text here before I can move forward with my review!! lol

Stayed here for a week in July. Close enough to town to ride bikes but far enough away from the hubbub. Owners were excellent in assisting us with a package that needed to be sent to us. Good laundry facility and wireless. Various campsites including close to facilities and away from the facilities. We chose to be away and it...

We enjoyed our visit, and the friendly staff suggested a hike that resulted in a beautiful sunset! This campground had a quiet relaxed atmosphere. We stayed 3 nights while we visited Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer Wildlife Loop, Rushmore Cave, Bear Country USA, and The Reptile Gardens in Rapid City.

Our family spent 4 days in the Black Hills and chose this cabin for the space and location. We stayed in cabin #3 and the children loved the bedrooms in the loft. Dining and living room spaces were great, fully stocked kitchen was very convenient. My only complaint was that the bathroom was much too tight. Staying near Custer was...

We stayed here with our kids for our visit to Crazy Horse and Mount Rushmore and were impressed at the real logs used to build the cabin. We stayed in cabin 2 and the kids loved their loft with two beds and the bathroom was well stocked with towels (which they replenished during our stay too and emptied our trash)...

New owners have a ways to go to keep up with the big boys. Weak internet, personal lack of info regarding area, dirty bathrooms, no general area to hang, lack of personality. Decent sites, great location, and okay value. There are over 100 places to stay so in would probably try another next time

We are car camping with a tent and this place provided us with a great stay. It's one of the few camp grounds that I've been to with a great free wifi connection from our campsite. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice clean restrooms and showers (4 in the women's alone!) located very close to our campsite and a laundry facility. The...

We recently traveled to Custer, SD and visited this campsite. Not only was it very close to Custer State Park, but it was also a short drive to Custer City and many of the attractions in the area (Crazy Horse, Mt. Rushmore, Jewel Cave). Those who ran the campground were very kind and flexible. The scenery was beautiful. We saw...

Had very awsome relaxing stay. Just got back from a 4 night stay. Small, quite campground surrounded by lots of trees. After driving by a dozen more while we were there this was our favorite. Will definitely be back. Any supplies you need cab be found a few miles away in town and close to numerous activities.
