Since we booked this only 2 days in advance we were very pleased with the accommodations. We had one of the queen loft cabins which was perfect for our family of 5. Two queen beds in the loft and a pull out in the main cabin. We were happy to have the kitchen, as the continental breakfast was minimal. We...

My Husband and I stayed in the hot tub cabin on our recent trip to SD. I wish we had spent a few more days in the area and stayed at Rock Creek Ledge longer. Our cabin was clean, modern and had great air conditioning. There was a beautiful fireplace for cooler weather. The best part was the hot tub...

Extraordinarily clean, super helpful and friendly staff, and centrally located. Our cozy room was well thought out for the traveler. The room was equipped with a kitchenette, wide array of toiletries, and had an elegant log cabin decor without being kitsch. We enjoyed sitting outside under the front porch staying dry from the rain. We would definitely recommend and look...

We were tired of overpriced motels. We decided to try a cabin b a creek. We found it here at Rock Crest Lodge. The owner provided us with a clean room and really good information about sites that were worth seeing. It is enjoyable to deal with nice people.

My husband and I just needed to stop en route home to CO, traveling across the country from the East. This lodge was perfectly adequate and pleasant -- quiet, clean, coffee pot that worked in the room, 'fridge, also nice little breakfast for guests. They were sweet enough to lay out gluten free break for me even! And if you're...

Rock Crest Lodge is a fantastic location to explore the Black Hills. It is adjacent to Custer State Park, Mt. Rushmore, and Crazyhorse Memorial. We met our daughters and their families there to spend some outdoor adventures with the boys ages 10, 8, and 6. The younger families had a great cabin at the top of the hill, where the...

The cabins were clean with great patios to enjoy the gorgeous view. The beds were not very comfortable but that was the only downside. Located very close to Mount Rushmore and many big attractions. Front desk was very nice and helpful with things to do in the area.

The whole property is very clean and there is a clear effort to keep it that way. The cabins seem new and are put off from the main road far enough to make them feel somewhat secluded and are backed by a forest. We were able to see multiple deer both nights from the cabin porch and were able to...

Referred here when nothing was available in Custer State Park. Wish now we had done a little more research before booking. We did enjoy the front deck/porch of our cabin. But the price was high for what we had and parking in the cabin area was very crowded. Upon arrival we were brusquely informed that the hot tub was closed...

We love Rock Crest Lodge. We stayed here seven years ago on our anniversary, and stayed again recently for our 33rd anniversary. The room was very clean and we love the large spa tub. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a big pool which we often had to ourselves. The hotel is also in a good...
