Hotel was very clean, quite. No breakfast included, but there is a cafeteria on site or plenty of local restaurants. Free parking which is definitely A plus in New Orleans. Room has microwave and fridge. Would stay again.

Nice quiet hotel for the night. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Service was great! Yes it's technically attached to a hospital, but who would know? Free parking if you're going on a cruise, uber to cruise port was $20.
