Very convenient to bourbon street and very nice hotel! Rooms were clean and orderly. Check in was early and our room was available upon or arrival. Room was on bottom floor as I requested so I would have access to outside for smoking

I always stay here .....best location in NOLA. Over priced drinks, but in NOLA you don't have to drink here! Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. I always ask for extra coffee in the room ...sometimes I get it and sometimes I don't (yes, I tip!). The quality of the room servicing staff seems to vary a bit ... don't...

This is a classy hotel. New Year's Eve it rained terribly. The hotel bar, (Bourbon O) is small, classy, and serves very tasty cocktails, (not the average run of the mill drinks). Only downside to this bar is it's size. You'll be fortunate if you can find a seat. So, I ordered my drink and just took it back to...

Great location, room, staff. I live in New Orleans and this has become my go-to hotel when family comes to town. Every stay has been top notch. We even received a complimentary bottle of champagne. What a nice surprise. Thank you for great service.

The lobby, decorated for Christmas, was beautiful. It had an old world feel but not stuffy. Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. Room was charming and bathroom looked updated and large enough. Our room was quite a distance from elevator, which was fine for us, as it was very quiet. We had brunch one day in the hotel restaurant. Food...

Front desk staff and valets took care of car regardless of street closures for Sugarbowl and our late arrival. They were also friendly and knowledgeable about surrounding area and restaurants. Bourbon Street noise was not an issue. I would recommend.

Great location and lovely architecture staffed by congenial and efficient folks. The conference rate could have been a bit lower for the room and some coffee out in the lobby at an earlier hour would go a long way. Definitely worth a return visit, however.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
