Close to Jackson Sqaure, Brennan's and Cafe Demonde. Also on corner of Bourbon Street. Can walk to many attractions or catch trolley. We spent a day at the National WWII Museum which is very worthwhile. Also took the Ferry to Algiers on the West Bank of Mississippi.

Had an overall good experience. Staff is friendly, valet parking service was very attentive. Entertainment was literally a few steps away being in the heart of Bourbon street and French quarters. Would definitely recommend this place.

Nice hotel and friendly staff; however, we upgraded only to find we didn't have hot water. Also, upon checkout our bill showed one amount and our credit card another. Will have to make a long distance call tomorrow to find out why.

Super friendly staff, clean rooms, stayed on fifth floor, unable to hear any noise from outside, bed was comfortable and clean, the lobby area had a huge powdery smell, but was very clean, accommodating to our leaving early and left our car out front!

My wife and I had great time in New Orleans and the staff at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel was excellent. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything. My only complaint is our stay was too short. John

Classic N'awlins hotelier on Bourbon and Orleans Sts, gorgeous courtyard and lobby, nicely appointed rooms, but a little small. Good restaurant and classy bar on the corner, pool and facilities. Always a good choice.

The Bourbon Orleans is a beautiful hotel. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our room was a Petite Balcony with a king bed and was located on the 5th floor of the hotel at the corner of Orleans and Bourbon Street. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony people watching and enjoying the view of the...

My husband and I had a fantastic time in this hotel. The location doesn't get any better than this. Great service, good photo ops, great restaurant and bar. The room was lovely, cool-very important after walking around the Quarter all day, and well stocked. Totally worth staying here.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
