The stay at this hotel was unlike any other. The service and staff here were incredible, they were willing to help at any time and provided good suggestions and recommendations as to where to go. When I booked, Room 3 was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment 9this has since been changed on Booking.com), this was not the case as the second bedroom was the kitchen with a spare put up bed, we still had a good time.

Although only a block from Bourbon Street, this small hotel offers a quiet stay (even though the courtyard lightshow is a bit trippy). Our room had a kitchenette and a sunny wall of Windows, along with A.C. and a ceiling fan.

It was a nice hotel. A little Bit outstanding because of the interior. Nice staff, very friendly. Clean, safe and quiet in the French Quarter near Bourbon Street and French Market. We would stay here again.

They were very accommodating even though Amtrak made our arrival very late. So thankful they called me on the train to give me check in instructions. They went above and beyond, in my opinion. Very nice!

Quirky and cool and oh so comfy... will definitely return! Staff was helpful and friendly. Suites were great. Love the art! Spoke with others at the hotel and they loved their rooms as well. Location is ideal.

If you are looking for something uniquely New Orleans, this is the place. It's close to everything. The rooms are huge and have full kitchens. The bathroom had a beautiful walk in shower. The staff was friendly and helpful! We all loved staying here!

My wife and I visited NOLA for 6 days 5 nights for a convention. We spent all 5 nights here at the Saint Philip Hotel vs a hotel near the convention center so we'd be more a part of the French Quarter. Yes the location of this hotel is ideal. It is one block from Royal Street and two blocks...

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
