The Grand Victorian was adaquate for our stay in NOLA. The welcome was great, they were very friendly and informative. Our room was very nice as pictured. There weren't a lot of guest so we felt like we had the house to ourselves. Our first morning was very disappointing with the breakfast they served. We could have just used a...

Thank you for taking the time to review my property from your stay last month. I do appreciate the feedback. I'm sorry that we didn't meet all of your expectations while staying at the house. Our breakfast is an extended continental as advertised/discussed on our website. If you were looking for a fully cooked breakfast, this would absolutely have been...

We found ourselves with an unexpected opportunity to visit New Orleans and were looking for lodging that was close to Mardi Gras activities and Magazine dining without the craziness of the quarter (we had our 11 year old son with us). The Grand Victorian was the perfect place. The host was gracious, the accommodations excellent, and the location on St...

The Grand Victorian is located in the heart of the Garden Distract. - St. Charles Streetcar stops directly in front of the house with a direct line to Canal Street (tip: you can purchase passes from Bonnie at the Grand Victorian) - 5 minute walk to New Orlean's #1 restaurant, Commander's Palace (tip: because of it's popularity, if you plan...

My husband and I are never disappointed with our choice in staying at the GVBB! The location is excellent. You can catch the trolley right out side the front door ! The wonderful advise always offered on what to do for the day is never a disappointment ! Every room I have ever stayed in has the best pillows and...

The Grand Victorian is a beautiful home on St. Charles St. There's a trolley stop out front, which makes getting around without a car very easy. Our room (Magnolia) was a good size, with a large bathroom. The bed was comfortable, although I didn't care for the pillows. Everyone is different, so someone else might like the pillows. The breakfast...

My husband and I wanted to "experience" the Garden District so we chose the Grand Victorian Bed & Breakfast as our home for 2 nights. The very close proximity to the trolley ( just steps out the front door), Commander's Palace, and our new favorite street, Magazine, made our visit very enjoyable. Our room was large, quiet, and very comfortable....

My wife and I spent 3 nights here in early December. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, so that was an added bonus. Upon our arrival, Bonnie, our hostess, told us all about the B&B and its history. We stayed in the Greenwood Suite, as I wanted a king size bed. The room had its own personal balcony overlooking...

We were made to feel as if we were asking for the world at breakfast time as there was very little food,.Not polite at all for a BnB. Good location but would not recommend this BnB. Hardly any Wifi A trickle from the shower head, noisy at night from the sirens going all night.

Gail, I am so sorry that my staff and I did not meet your expectations while you stayed in my home over the Halloween weekend. I wish I had known that you were having such problems while you were here so that I might have had the opportunity to investigate and correct them as they were happening. Your comment about...
