Hotel Service is excellent. Love the unique decor and convenient location. Bar usually has great live music and bartenders are sufficient. It has always been clean when we have stayed there. Request an inner room; otherwise, you will hear every ambulance that goes down canal...More
The wife and I used this hotel for a weekend get away recently.
The hotel is very nice and updated but I liked the fact that they have kept some history of the building.... our room has exposed original brick walls on the side with...More
If you stay here you will not be disappointed, loved this place, from walking into the front door you know this place is a little different (in a good way). Customer service was excellent, management should be proud. The darker hallways takes a little getting...More
First I will say I enjoyed the hotel and thought our room was fantastic. The only issue we had was we valet parked our car and when we left found our vehicle had been gone through by the parking staff at some point. A computer,...More

Dear valued guest,
I can't begin to tell you how sorry I am for the experience you had with the valet service. Although, yes, it is a separate company from The Saint, their actions are still a reflection of your stay with us, and I...More

Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.

There is valet parking available, which can be a bit pricey. Honestly, if you don't have to have a car with you, I wouldn't. The hotel is located about two blocks from Bourbon Street (about a 5 min walk, if that) and also very close to other tourist spots (like Jackson Square, Garden District, etc.) You can always uber/lyft to places for a cheaper price than the valet parking price.
