Neighbourhood
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.

Very clean and modern hotel with a ton of amenities. Lots of restaurants in the hotel the staff is very friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quiet. It's about a 15 minute walk to French Quarter.

This hotel is nothing shy of AMAZING! The view, food, housekeeping, customer service, & hospitality was outstanding. Everything is in walking distance to where I parked Sunday and never had to use the car until the I got ready to leave the following Sunday.

Hotel is lovely, but getting to the guest rooms were confusing. Have to take the escalator to get to the elevator to get to my room. The view from my room was nice. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the long travel to the guest room.

From the moment I arrived the staff was courteous, authentic, and willing to help with anything to assist me as a guest. The Regency Club staff (?Arvette) could not have been more accommodating. The housekeeping staff kept the room pristine.
