The room setup was a little different, we had to move some furniture around so we could watch TV from the bed. The room could've been cleaner. A little sprucing up around the property would be nice. All employees were extremely helpful.

Good afternoon....We are apologize for the uncomfortable stay you and your family experienced here at our hotel. We have plans to renovate in 2017, so that you and your family can come back and enjoy a fresh and new look to our hotel. Also, thank you for the warm kindest that you expressed about the team as well. Front Desk...

The room was neat and clean, staff very helpful, and breakfast included. While in the Warehouse District, this is close to the WWII Museum, Canal Street, shopping, restaurants and within walking distance to the French Quarter. Streets are brightly lit at night -- we never felt unsafe walking anywhere.

Some friends and I were recently in New Orleans and stayed at this hotel. LaShanda, the front desk clerk, was AWESOME!! She was very welcoming and made our experience there very pleasant. I wished there were more people like her in the hotel industry. Keep up the great work!

Hotel was perfect for us. 5 people, all over the age of 14, and it worked out great. Breakfast was really good, staff was friendly and the hotel was clean! Perfect walking distance to restaurants and the River Walk. Also convenient to grab the trolly.

We booked and prepaid. When we arrived, we waited a while & finally were told they had no rooms. We were sent to holding room with many other guests that were already waiting. Not a very friendly greeting. No shampoo, no hair dryer. On the bright side, the room was nice and spacious and it is close to the port.

We do apologize about the long wait for rooms when you arrived at our hotel. This was one of our busiest weekends and we were trying to make the room that you just mention very clean comfortable for you, your family and other guest. We have given your response to the house keeping managers to make sure that guest like...

We stayed at Spring Hill Suites 2 days before our cruise. It's a great spot that's convenient to the quarter and to the Riverwalk shopping/cruise terminal. Its about a 10 minute stroll up to Harrahs and canal street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room and facilities were all very nice and clean. We parked across the street...

I had a conference for four days and stayed at this hotel mainly because the price was so good. It was very convenient, clean and comfortable. Give it 4 out of 5 because it is great for what it offers for this type of hotel. Besides being close to the convention center it is in the warehouse district and quite...

If you are on a convention, this hotel probably offers the best value for your money: it is only 1 block away from the convention center, only a few blocks away from the interstate so the ride to and from the airport is considerably fast. The rooms are quite nice and spacious enough, although not as big as other Springhill...

Place was clean, nice and check in was a breeze! Great location not too far from all the fun stuff! I'll absolutely be saying again! They offer valet parking only. Sometimes your car may be kept off site which could take a bit to get your car. So call ahead of you know when you leaving.

Staying in Arts District / Warehouse District

Neighbourhood Profile
Arts District / Warehouse District
Once a thriving industrial zone, today this district is home to a buzzing arts scene with an amazing assortment of galleries, boutiques, and studios having moved in and set up shop throughout the disused warehouses for which the area is so well known. Much of the art you'll come across here is local in scope, ownership and inspiration. However, among the many old brick warehouses are modern structures of steel and glass housing large-scale cultural institutions of national prominence such as the National World War II Museum, the Contemporary Arts Center, and the Ogden Museum of Southern Art. Just as eye catching as what’s on view inside the galleries and museums is the chance to see your ship come in at the Julia Street Cruise Terminal, which serves as a wistful reminder of the city’s historic maritime prominence.
