This is one of the very best stays we have ever had! The staff was professional, personal and every staff member was extremely polite and courteous! The personalized service was outstanding and the room was impeccably clean and decorated! The front desk was very helpful no matter how many times we asked a question and the breakfast was delicious with...

Hubby chose this hotel for our wedding anniversary and our first ever visit to New Orleans - he made a great choice! The hotel is perfectly situated in the most northern part of the French Quarter, across the road from Armstrong park, in a quiet location away from the noise and craziness that is Bourbon Street. We walked everywhere from...

Good choice " Hubby" and Happy Anniversary again from the staff here at the Best Western Plus Landmark. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. You must come back for a longer visit and let our bartenders fix you another mean Sazerac. Glenn Johnson Mgr.on Duty

We had the best time in this hotel. Very nice rooms, and a nice space to sit outside in the evening. Breakfast was amazing with hot and cold buffet. At walking distance from Bourbon Street and all the other nice things in New Orleans!

Our stay in New Orleans was made better by the hotel and it's location. We walked to all of our destinations from the hotel and the visitor's guide that we had received from the hotel was very helpful. The staff was great and very helpful in our stay and made it great.

This budget-friendly hotel is located on the outskirts of the French Quarter. It only took a short walk through a quiet residential neighborhood to get to the heart of the French Quarter. I found the hotel very clean and the complimentary breakfast completely adequate. It was surprisingly quiet although you would hear an occasional group come in after a fun...

We stayed here for the start of Mardi Gras and the location was just perfect. Efficient check-in by staff but had to wait for room as it was not ready. This was no problem for us at all. We had just missed breakfast but tea and coffee was on tap all day at no extra cost which was a nice...

Stayed here one week before Madrigal. The place is very appropriate for the area. Nice court yard. Rooms are nice a bit small. It is just 3 block from Bourbon Street and all the other great things that the French Quarter has to offer.

It all starts with the staff. Every staff member I encountered were true professionals and courteous. From the time I walked in, they treated me and all the guest like family. Staff was knowledgeable of the French Quarters. They made great suggestions on where to dine & best area to catch the parades.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
