This review is written by a skeptical, cynical fellow who is not easily impressed. I call success doing something for a living you are very good at... and you love and have fun doing it. This is how I would describe Cindee. A successful woman who exudes confidence, warmth and has a genuine interest in hearing anything you have to...

We were in New Orleans to visit Tulane with our 16 year old daughter. While her other friends were staying downtown at the Ritz, we opted for a B & B near the campus and a 2 block walk to the Trolley on St. Charles. We definitely made the right decision! Cindee, the proprietor ,was warm and welcoming and full of helpful...

My husband and I visited New Orleans for 4 nights in late March. Loved Cindee's B&B. It was the perfect location-- both for easy access to the street car (public trans to French Quarter) and for hanging around the Uptown and Garden District. The innkeeper, Cindee was very knowledgeable, friendly and went out of her way to set us up...

Southern Comfort is a small B&B with an updated, tastefully crisp decor. Our generous-size room had good light (the windows were so clean I had to touch one to be sure it was there), a comfortable chair for reading, and a pristine white coverlet on the bed. The owner Cindee is warm, welcoming, and full of great recommendations for restaurants--and...

It felt just like walking into our own home - but we didn't have to do any of the work! Cindee, the owner, is a wonderful host - and made us feel most welcome and comfortable. The blue room was so pleasant, with plenty of room for us to relax and unwind. The outdoor garden was serene and beautiful; we...

If you want a great place to stay in New Orleans, there is a great Bed and Breakfast named (Southern Comfort) that is unique. It captures the essence of Louisiana Hospitality. Accommodations are elegant and the food is superb. Arthur and Linda from Rhode Island

The personal attention is beyond compare, and the house is perfectly located just 2 blocks off St. Charles Ave, and the Streetcar, in a wonderful neighborhood. The house is charming, but what makes this B&B a very special place is Cindee, the Innkeeper. From the first moment we walked in the door she made us feel at home, and the...

This B&B at 1739 Marengo in the Garden District (or Uptown as they say there) is a wonderful old New Orleans home, I'd guess the 1930s, nicely appointed, lovely rooms and a great yummy breakfast. There is WiFi access (though the router sometimes acted funny and wouldn't process my outgoing Outlook messages). Furnishings are simple but perfectly comfortable. If you...
