Would recommend this hotel. Great location and good value. Rooms facing the street could be noisy at night making it difficult to get a good night sleep, if that is important to you ;) Staff was friendly and was great for a quick trip.

Nice hotel located close to bourbon street. Rooms and beds are comfortable with air conditioning. Little rough around the edges. They have covered parking located at the motel, just drive up and park. Located next store is a great small bar.

We enjoyed our stay in NOLA. This hotel is within walking distance of all that the French Quarter has to offer. We had a balcony room but with window access only. Parking is a little pricey especially when you have to tip the valet every time you get your car.

If you plan on seeing what all the fuss is about on Bourbon St, this is the perfect place to stay. It's just one street away from the party but far enough away from the chaos when you're ready to call it a night. Staff was super friendly and the room was clean! The only thing I wish it had...

Nice staff, interesting property, great location. Room was a disappointment as it looked completely different from those on the website. When I first checked in the room was too small so I was switched to a larger room. It was damp and there was a rag stuffed in a gap in the window jam. The windows are apparently not to...

The hotel was nice and clean. Cool history with the bar and beautiful pool courtyard. The Staff were some of the friendliest people I've met (except for one of the front desk employees who seemed to have lost her cool with a guest...probably an overly drunk tourist - I just didn't want to hear the drama). Rooms were comfortable, nicely...

Hotel was below expectations. The property lacked attention to detail in its care and service that one expects from a boutique. The staff did not seem interested in providing an above-par experience. Noise level is definitely a factor to be considered and likely varies depending on location of room. My wife and I booked Superior Carriage House King but were...

I wholeheartedly recommend considering this hotel if you are going to be staying in New Orleans French Quarter. All the staff was very friendly & helpful. The valet & bellhop were very helpful & never make you feel like they are demanding a tip. Only downside is that if you are handicapped in anyway, entry to the rooms & the...

What a delightful place to stay in New Orleans! Right in the French Quarter, yet our room was completely updated, and very quiet. Super friendly staff, great breakfast, valet parking, along with a comfortable bar and knowledgable bartender made our visit memorable.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
