Neighbourhood
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.

Great location, average hotel. Not particularly clean bathroom and worn out bed. Doors don't keep out hallway noise at all so we woke up every night to people walking in the walls and/doors slamming. Well priced parking for the area. Pretty pool.

The location is fantastic. You're near pretty much everything in the French quarter. The staff is helpful and tries their best, but the rooms are in desperate need of renovations. The carpet was old and worn. The bathroom was falling apart (literally, part of the ceiling fell

Location, location, location. The hotel is within crawling distance of the bars. I had a courtyard room (in the Hermann House). It was relatively quiet for Mardi Gras weekend. Along with the internet access for my laptop, there was a PC with printer in the lobby. It was very

This was our second stay at this charming hotel located in the FQ. You can’t beat the location and the staff was just as friendly and helpful as our last stay. However, if I would have known that our room was going to have tiny windows that faced a brick wall, I would have

is the bar reno done or when is it to be finished
We were there a few weeks ago and it was not done. From what I heard it's already been closed close to a year and they aren't giving any time frame.

What is included in the breakfast? Do your bathrooms have bathtubs? Thanks
We had a bathtub in our room. Breakfast was very limited still renovating restaurants when we visited in March.

We stayed in the main house, so I am not sure about the carriage house. The hotel is in a great location and the courtyard is very relaxing.

Hi, Do you any military discounts? If you have, how do I use it?
They offer a AAA discount. I imagine if you call they would tell you if they offer a military discount. They also give a rebate if you book directly with them which is nice.
