I rarely give bad reviews; I would rather not give one at all. However, I will try to be constructive. The motel is very conveniently located for the Mesa Verde and San Juan Highway tour; both which are essential in these parts. There are good restaurants around and one particularly next door. We stayed here two nights in two different...

We ended up staying here last notice huge mistake. First off the motel said $40 but got there and it became $80.00 then our room: Smelled awful Stained chairs Dirty walls Pubic hair in sink & bathtub Lamp on floor Lights by the bed didn't work Fridge broken I slept in my sleeping bag No ice buckets or ice Staff...

When we first enter the room you could smell mold or a musty smell. My 7 year old step daughter went & stood in the corner & began crying stating "I don't want to die!" The door had been kicked in, & would not close all of the way. The curtains & wall had blood splattered across them. The bath...

Personal appearance of manager didn't instil confidence but he was friendly and helpful. Room was basic and had seen better days in terms of décor and quality of fittings and appliances. We did manage a comfortable sleep on a firm mattress. Wifi connection okay. While room had been cleaned and had a separate bathroom area, it wasn't spotless but was...

My booking company moved me here at the last minute Memorial Day weekend when my motel was closed due to a major water leak. The only good on this property was a clean bed with a new mattress. Stucco was falling off the buildings. One could park a sedan or a pickup but not a larger vehicle. The entrance was...

Unfortunately, I had booked this place online before we left home as we were touring Colorado and wanted to visit MV., otherwise we would NOT have stayed here! This place is scruffy, dirty, run down, and basic, and would need mega-bucks to bring it up to any acceptable standard. The manger had to sweep the rubbish from the entrance porch...

I am a frugal traveler, therefore comfortable with cheap hotels providing they meet a short list of minimum standards, clean, functional, and safe. This place is not at all clean, absolutely not functional and the safety is dubious as well. The first room had clean linens so the room had been "cleaned" before our arrival. But under the open bathroom...

Right, this place was cheap, so I had very low expectations. Even those were not met. Went to check in and proprietor guy leapt out of the bathroom zipping up his fly as he walked over. Arrived at the tail end of winter with an overnight temperature of about 34F. Was Assigned a room with over a 1" gap between...
