If you are looking for a beautiful setting with fantastic hosts, close proximity to national treasures and wonderful accommodations, look no further. Garry and Ming are the consummate hosts. The love they share for this magical ranch is immediately apparent and gifted to each guest with warmth that is usually saved for family and friends. They seemingly live to share...

We cannot say enough about our hosts and their wonderful ranch. Beautiful setting and peaceful environment. We enjoyed the hammock in the back yard, the farm animals and the joy of hiking around the scenic property. It is a wonderful location to enjoy the beauty of the Canyons of the Ancients while taking in the sights of Mesa Verde and...

This is the best place we've ever stayed. The hosts are so accommodating and make you feel like family. The various guest home are just like a home, we stayed in the Cowboy Cottage which felt like a big hug. Slept like I was at home. This is a working ranch with cattle, sheep, baby lambs, dogs and the cat...

Thanks so much for sharing your experience. We are so glad that we are your "new second home!" I think Rascal would love to hear about that. :). Hope to see you both again in the future and big hugs from us and all of our critters.

Ming and Garry are the most engaged and gracious hosts we've ever come across in decades of travel across several continents. They felt like old friends from the first minute. They have created a special, memorable lodging experience. It is a small ranch with lots of sheep and cows (and dogs and cats and horses too). And they've restored or...

What a great place! We picked this ranch over a regular hotel in Cortez and we are so glad! Garry and Ming are such hospitable owners. My boys got to hold lambs, feed the cows, and we all got a great tour of the property. We extended our stay because we all loved it so much. Our cabin was comfortable...

Garry and Ming Adams make staying at this charming, expansive 'ranch resort' one of the most memorable places I have ever stayed . The history of the area is brought to life by one's hosts and the exquisite historical furnishings of the different homes and cabins. This said, the cabins are fitted out with the newest of high end amenities...

We spent 2 nights this past week at Canyon of the Ancients Guest Ranch outside of Cortez, CO. Our family of 4 was very comfortable in the Eldon Stone House. With 2 queen bedrooms, 1 twin room, a full kitchen, laundry room and comfortable living room, it had everything we needed and more. In fact, it was quite luxurious and...

This might be one of the more memorable places we have ever stayed . This is such a unquie place to stay. The history of the different homes and cabins bring you back in time with historical decoration and construction. This is a working ranch with cattle, sheep , goats, horses, chickens , cats , dogs etc. Garry & Ming...

This is a very interesting and beautiful place. It is a working cattle ranch with sheep and goats and chickens around. It is not a B&B so no food is offered but our cabin had a refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave and a grill outside, so some cooking is possible. Cortez is about 30 minutes away for shopping or restaurants....

A complete farm experience and delightful host and hostess, Garry and Ming Adams. Fix your own breakfast with their eggs and tomatoes. Each cottage is different with unique furnishings and its own history.
