The hotel has a great location, just off of Central Avenue and across the street from the Grand Promenade. It has its own free parking lot. The entrance and lobby are beautiful with their victorian era decor. The desk clerk was very nice. The room was large with a queen bed though it could use updating such as a flatscreen...

I can't say enough good things about this diamond in the rough. Yes, the rooms need a bit of sprucing up but this is what a "boutique" hotel is. The character, ambiance and employees of the hotel make up for that. Located in the Bath House district on a quiet street across from Hot Springs National Park was just what...

We loved the (Angels in) The Park Hotel. The staff were helpful, the hotel was clean, the lobby was very nice. Our room was small (no big deal) the room had a small window unit. The bathroom; sink, toilet and shower. Needs new mattresses. The view from our room was not good. There is a restaurant inside the hotel. No...

The room was clean and adequate. Tube TV ,A phone is in the hallway who needs a room phone anyway. Water was hot ,tub was full size, closet was big but no hangers. Ice available at the front desk. Air was cool enough, but barely. We kind of knew what we were getting but took a chance and will stay again....

We enjoyed visiting, eating and being together. The most helpful and friendly staff in the area! The hotel is historically preserved. You may want to bring your own fluffy towels and spray bleach for the shower curtains but that's the only issues we had and for the price and service- you just can't beat the park!

The front desk employees were welcoming...but our room on the second floor was drab with mismatched tension rod thirft store curtains (one window's curtains matched the bedspread). Nothing like any of the pictures on the website. The internet did not work and the tiny old television had grainy reception. It was very hot in the hotel halls and the loud...

We were looking forward to staying at a historic hotel and expected it to be somewhat different in amenities. This was a huge mistake! We reserved two nights, but left after one. The room was shabby; the AC was a loud small window unit that did not cool the room. The TV picture was snowy, Curtains on the windows looked...

Though it was by no means luxurious, the historic hotel had a lot of character, and the employees were extremely helpful, giving us a map of the city with the most popular attractions and giving us personalized recommendations about which ones we might be interested in. The location is within short walking distance of the main strip and the price...

We booked a room at the Park Hotel three weeks or so in advance and I ask the lady at the front desk to make sure we had a nice room. It was early and I though she new the Hotel well and could at least make sure we were in a good clean room.. Anyway when we got there...

I chose this hotel to experience the history of a 1930 hotel. This hotel has a lot of history. The front desk ladies were more than helpful, the room was clean. I borrowed a fan from the front desk since the window unit didn't cool the room enough. My only complaint is the beds need to be updated, they are...
