I'm cool with old, but they didn't clean our room. Pee stain (or other body fluid) on bed sheet. Old soap bar in bathroom. Crumbs on the floor. Dead bugs in window. Cool old hotel, but they need a new housekeeper.

Old hotel, but great location and price. I'd read the reviews and warnings... really NOT that big of a deal. I put a sleeping bag on top of sheets, so no complaints of bad bed or sheets. Bathroom and towels fine. Decor sparse in room, who cares? Jennifer at the front desk was one of the most helpful I've had...

I don't think it's fair to complain much about the Park Hotel because you get what you pay for. The rates here are incredibly low and the location is phenomenal! However, the hotel leaves MUCH to be desired. The front desk staff was pleasant enough, and the lobby isn't too bad, but the rooms are very rough. The hotel had...

The outside looks like a prison. The bath towel was stained with blood, the lamp was covered with thick dust, and the windowsill had dead bugs on it. I should have asked for my money back. I will NOT go back.

This is the first time we have stayed at this Hotel, and it will be the last. I realize the building is older and is located downtown, but it was not at all comfortable. The room was sparsely furnished and the bed was hard. The window sills had dead bugs and the bathroom was dirty. I am glad we were...

I booked a cheap hotel in Hot Springs that we immediately checkes out of when we saw who was living there. Im not one to spend an arm and a leg just for somewhere to sleep and we werent abt to drive to Benton for a place to stay so this was our cheapest option at the last minute. The...

It pains me to have to give the Park Hotel a less than stellar review. Parts of the hotel are absolutely charming, and the staff was friendly. We were in Hot Springs for an athletic tournament, and so spent very little time in the room. This fact worked against us in the end. Upon arrival, our check-in was pleasant. We...

Prior to booking this hotel, my family and I were trying to get in to the Arlington for a weekend getaway. This facility was sold out, but the Park Hotel caught my eye since it was billed as "historic" and within walking distance of many Hot Springs attractions. In addition, The price seemed to be way less than the Arlington,...

We made a last minute decision to go to Hot Springs for a couple of days. If I'd had more time to research I wouldn't have picked this place. They charged more for a room with a tub, as opposed to just a shower. Since the weather was freezing I decided I'd pay the extra, but how gross to take...

When we checked in our credit card was charged for the full three days so really no turning back after that. We got to our room at the end of a dark hallway, just needed a lightbulb, we couldn't get the door open. When we did the room was very basic, with mud tracked all over, dried up so we...
