My wife made two separate phone calls to this hotel before we booked a room. She wanted to be sure that there were hot springs in the hotel because we would be traveling with our 5 year old daughter and the whole point of going to Hot Springs was to enjoy the hot springs. They confirmed that there were, which...

The spa staff were just so nice! The facilities..old and dingy.. the atmosphere..loud and bustling. The price..not bad. Fun , but not peaceful ..quiet or relaxing. The massage was awesome...but the rooms were not closed. They were like dressing rooms so you could hear all the staff and patrons talking. The hotel needs some major TLC.

breakfast buffet: tired scrambled eggs dried out just sort of tasteless, even salt didn't seem to help. one home kitchen style toaster for entire room. sweet rolls cold from refrigeration no microwave to heat them with. Best western does better with a lot less Friday night seafood buffet: lots of crab legs, peel to eat shrimp, rest of food Luke...

Great hotel. Right in the center of the town. Great views. A wee bit expensive but worth since you can have the water from the hot springs piped into your room. The parking structure is packed and it is a ~5 min walk to the hotel, but that's OK. There were renovations & construction in the pool area so one...

We were happily surprised when arriving to Hot Springs to find that the Arlington and had rooms available and was comparable price wise to other hotels within walking distance of the bathhouses and National Park. Which were our destinations of choice this trip. We don't usually go for pricey hotels but felt since we both love historical architecture we would...

About 17 years ago we stayed at the Arlington Resort and loved the experience. Now that our children are grown and out of the house we decided to visit for a couples weekend. We were surprised to see the deterioration of this once grand hotel. The pictures on their website are in no way reflective of the reality. The pool...

Words can't express my love for this special place! I've stayed a number of times over the last 35 years and have always enjoyed it very much and have many fond memories. The front desk is friendly and helpful, the valet parking is on the spot, the Bath House and it's employees are top notch, the Venetian Room is beautiful...

I have visited the Arlington Hotel several times and I was disappointed on this stay. I love the spa and had the mineral bath, a massage, and a facial which were all wonderful. The problem I had with the spa was the NOISE level. Attendants were yelling back and forth. During my massage and facial I could hear doors slamming,...

The Arlington is the best. Its staff is friendly and helpful. A call to the front desk over why the TV would not come on and maintenance was at the door within seconds of hanging up the phone. Great location to watch the Central Avenue District. Rooms were roomy for an historic building. Ours overlooked the hot springs pool and...

This was our third stay at the Arlington...and I'm sad to say it may be the last. The Arlington has a lot of charm, don't get me wrong. You absolutely can't beat the location in Hot Springs, and they literally don't build hotels like that anymore. Lots of history there. All of the staff were very friendly. But... the hotel...
