Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast and dining room staff. Had a king room top floor. Very convenient to all restaurants. Easy access to highways. Check in and check out were done via the App and digital key worked well. Would stay here again. No pets are permitted and that is why I chose this hotel. I have allergies and I didn’t want to get sick.

My stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites was absolutely amazing Tracy the front desk clerk was friendly, professional and helpful I had a tough time with my email and she went above and beyond to help. I would definitely stay there any time I'm in the area . This property is also newly renovated. Thanks again Tracy hope to see you soon 😊

We made the reservation while traveling through Ohio. It was late and realized we weren’t going to make it to our destination. When we pulled in, front desk was extremely helpful. Room keys were ready and gave great instructions for parking. Rooms are very clean and hotel is beautiful. We wanted to stay on our return trip, but once again couldn’t make the distance we estimated. Breakfast was good, breakfast area was clean and well maintained. They have a great fitness center, although we didn’t use it. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler looking for great night stay.

We stayed here for one night as we traveled home from the east coast. The hotel is easy to find & conveniently located among a diverse group of restaurants. The rooms were well kept up, & very clean. Our stay was very quiet which made a good night's rest the best prep for our long drive home.

I stayed with my wife an kids and booked a double queen room. Frist the staff was amazing, from check in all the way through check out everyone was more than accomidating. There was a couple of large groups staying at the hotel and you would have never known that they were there. I would highly reccommend this hotel!

Can’t say enough good about this hotel! Tracy welcomed us with such friendliness and a great recommendation for dinner. You could tell she loves her job! A breath of fresh air! Everything was very clean and comfortable! We will definitely be back!

I stayed at this location two weekends in a row with my wife and 2 year old son while driving between NC and IL. Both times I was satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. We were able to get a good night sleep to break up a long drive. The breakfast in the morning was also great. My wife is gluten free and it was a pleasant surprise to see gluten free muffins as an option both mornings. We drive often through this area and plan on staying on our next trip. Thanks!

Upon arrival we were greeted by Tracy who made us feel welcome. Although rooms were almost sold out she found us a room without complaining. Our rooms was clean and all that we expect from a Fairfield Inn. Tracy was upbeat and friendly to all guests. Never just sitting around, she could be found salting the sidewalks or mopping the floors. We will stay again when passing through Chillicothe, OH.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, covid procedures followed for food. Checked in late due to a wedding and staff were very accommodating. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean and shared spaces like breakfast area were clean.

Very clean and quiet hotel with excellent staff. Checkin was a breeze, my room had the extra pillows and towels I always ask for but don't always get and the breakfast was better then normal. I can say I would stay here again a d can recommend this hotel as a great place to stay when you're in town.
