Excellent location within the town. Whatever you needed is all located with walking distance. Hotel ammenties are excellent except they do not supply the same quantity as drinking bottled water. Lack of flyers to encourage guests to explore the town activities. As such it only caters to ex-residents who come to visits relatives or attend functions. Unlike some hotels' who... More

Stayed in the executive suite which had a king size bed and plenty of space. The room and bathroom was clean. The hotel underwent renovation so it's very modern, clean and bright. Car parking available outside. No breakfast provided but there are plenty of shops nearby (including McDonalds and KFC). Internet was slow but at least it works.

Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Amenities are good, bed sheets, towels, bed room slippers etc are clean and fresh. 4 bottles of complimentary mineral water were given to the 2 of us for a one night (Saturday) stay. Air con works very well and good water pressure from shower heads. Excellent location of hotel - with easy convenient access... More

A very clean and spacious newly renovated room. Pleasant stay at a centrally located hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Shopping mall and restaurant are within walking distant. 5 minutes walk from the main bus station. The Store Supermarket is beside the hotel and a cake shop across the road. Will definitely stay again on my next visit.

Excellent budget hotel in Kluang. Centrally located near good eating places and shops. Secure parking (especially important for Singapore visitors). "Standard" room very good - well cleaned and maintained. plenty of hot water in the shower, good air-con, soft duvet and fluffy towels. Wifi throughout but struggled to keep up wuth the number of photos being shared.

1st hotel in Kluang, way before I was born. Location was good as it is in town and near bus terminal. BUT it is poorly kept. Hotel is dated and paint peeling. Air con has that cigarette smoke and musy smell. Once and never will return

Stayed in hotel Anika for a night and its really an old hotel. Beds are dusty and the room has an akward smell. Its only advantage is that its located in the heart of the city. Other than that, don expect much. Hotel staffs arent informative. There are better new hotels nearby like imperial hotel. Heard from the reception staff... More
