It's been bit of time since we were last at Bali Eco Stay, but it was a relaxing and invigorating place to go for our midpoint while traveling around Bali. We stayed in a 2-bedroom room that had a lovely outdoor-style bathroom.shower. The beds were comfortable and the living area over looked the magnificent rice terraces. My wife and our...

We stayed here quite some time ago, in Nov 2014. We stayed in their largest bungalow overlooking the rice paddies. We stayed a week. We also stayed 2 more weeks in other areas of Bali but this was by far our favourite. It's probably one of my favourite places I have ever stayed and I have been to plenty of...

We stayed in the Rice Water Bungalow, overlooking the rice padi field. It was very relaxing to lounge in the living room, read a book while enjoying this view. We were initially concerned that there was no air conditioning, but the temperature was ideal and surprisingly there weren't many mosquitoes to bother us. It was a unique experience to sleep...

We had a great time! When we arrived there, there wasn't a booking because our travel agency made a mistake. John, the owner assured us that he would solve it and he did. While we were enjoying a cup of thee he was calling with our agency. Great hospitality and service. We were staying in Little Paddy a great lodge...

I had a wonderful return to Bali Eco Stay! This is my second time and I would come again! I wanted to take my partner here just to relax and breathe in fresh air and enjoy the surroundings. The rice fields are as beautiful as I remember, I always wander around the estate and all we encounter are warm smiles....

My 15 year old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights in May and had another amazing time. It was my second visit within two years and I'd live here if I could... one day! We stayed in Buddha bungalow, right beside the stream which I actually enjoyed as much as the Rice Water bungalow I stayed in last time,...

On the Southern slopes of Mount Bakukaru - this sweet eco-village stay is a delight. They even make their own electricity (turbine at the waterfall) which powers 80% of the resort (sleeps 19 people). Run by a lovely Australian couple who landed here in Tabanan 5 years ago and have built this gorgeous bamboo eco-friendly haven away from everything. It's...

We stayed 2 nights in Buddha bungalow. It was a lovely stay with the sound of the creek next to us and fireflies flying around at night. The hosts and staff were wonderful and the organic food was great! We also love the rice terraces in the vicinity.

An escape back to nature in central Bali. Beautiful people, beautiful food, mesmerising rice paddies. I arrived after dark on my first night and woke up to a view that I could drink in all day. The next two days of pampering saw me completely unwind, and reconnect. This was an amazing introduction to an unspoiled Bali.

We stayed for 2 nights in Buddha bungalow - simply gorgeous, right next to the creek. This Eco Stay is situated in a most beautiful area. John & Cath and their team have done a fantastic job in enhancing the area with a small number of bungalows, beautiful natural landscaping, organic vegie/fruit garden etc. The restaurant meals are truly delicious...
