We had a very nice room watching the main central garden. Excellent room, nice private garden, with a relaxed couch on the terrace. Staff friendliness and service level are of a very high standard The only critic `I have concerns the advice of the dive master that I could to the night trip to the Ijen volcano on East-Java with my 2 teenager girls in a beach outfit. That was absolutely not true. When arriving there at night, most if not all visitors were very much prepared for the cold and the climb with professional mountain outfits. He should have been aware when telling I could do it with my summer outfit, that was besides the truth. I still have a very ad feeling about that behaviour. Specially since I still suffer from pain in my knee; on the way back I slipped with my slippery boat shoes and fell in an awful way. Again; the hotel is very good.…

spent 2 nights here as part of our tour of indonesia..... there is nothing negative you can say about this place....the rooms are very spacious, clean and tidy....My room had 2 double beds...the shower is lovely set in the open air..... the staff were all very friendly and polite..... the food at the hotel was excellent..... the hotel has a swimming pool out the back..... I could not fault anything here....I will be back !!

We as a group stayed there after a very tiresome trip to Yava volcanoes. This place was really good to reach after it. The laundry team did really good job. The massage was well done and relaxing. I liked the design of the premises, interior and lots of plants well cared for. The shower in our room was partially under open air, cool. I only had issues with food, for some reasons my stomach did not percept it 100% well

We had a great time in Pemuteran, in part because of our accomodations here. From the warm welcome until the checkout it was a great experience. The rooms are cosy with a beautiful view of the garden. The semi-outside bathroom makes just tops off the experience. The hotel tries to minimize their footprint by banning most plastics. A refillable water bottle is provided, guests can make use of a filtered water refilling station at their leasure. The staff is super friendly and attentive. They gave us a lot of cool tips for things to see in the area. The lodge actively hires and trains local youth in the hotel-business. The restaurant serves fresh and delicious local dishes. Try the Nasi Campur Kubuku.. Definitely worth the visit.

We had a 3 week journey in Indonesia, but the 5 nights in Kubuku were without any doubt the best of the trip. Complete rooms with good beds, open roof shower , rest of the bathroom covered, minibar, good wifi, well decorated rooms with mosquito nets over the bed, good airco. All rooms refurbished and very clean. All meals, including breakfast, organic and fresh prepared. Extensive menu and listof drinks at reasonable prices. Nice poolbar with good swimmingpool. Yoga, massage, pedicure, divecourses, tours, transport etc. offered at acceptable prices. Laundry at RP.20.000 per kg! Staff very friendly and service minded. Great resort that I can strongly recommend. 17 rooms and 2 family rooms coming up. Beach nearby at walking distant., So.is monkey temple.
