We visited this hotel with two small children (aged 1 and 4) and they loved it! Lots of green spaces to run around and a child friendly beach. Rooms were lovely and spotless. Food was good with lots of kids choices.

We visited Taman sari last week, we stayed at family suites, staffs are friendly. When I want to make a coffee, the cup is stained and need to wash it before we use it. The toilet flush is not working, I need to use the other room toilet, food is everage, not as what we expected. No pool towel, The worst thing is we heard dog crying next door, I think at the owner house. 🤙🤙🤙

Very poor experience - in all my years, staying at hundreds of hotels I've only had to leave one other early. I was supposed to stay 3 nights but left the next morning. Bed was hard as a rock, the sheet was thin and very poor quality. There was no other place to sit in the room which was dark and small. Bathroom had stained mat/towels, floor was dirty. Wi-Fi was poor. Worst of all, I realized the balcony door lock was broken when it started swinging open in the wind. Thankfully another resort nearby gave me a great deal for a wonderful place at a lower rate so I was able to move.

We visit the resort in February 2020. It was our second time there and we had a wonderful time. Everything was superb, All the staff is helpful, friendly and great. It begins when you enter the reception and ends when you are leaving the resort. The food is great even is the Spa. The service is excellent and the people are very friendly. Our bungalow was also very nice and there was everything we needed. We sure will visit Taman Sari Resort again when we go to Bali. It’s the place where you can enjoy the peace and beautiful garden. Pleasant stay. Clean, calm and friendly resort. Went there in the low season so the staff had extra time for service. Even a visit from "Barong" in the garden😀 good breakfast. Dinner choises at the restaurant were not that interesting
