We were staying at Medewi Bay Retreat from 13 Dec to 15 Dec. The staff were friendly especially front desk reception staff 'Ika'. We arrived late around 10.30 pm travelling for about almost 4 hours from the airport .We were tired and hungry. I called Ika to inform her we will be late and enquired if there is room service....

If you are looking for peace and quiet, no crowds in the pool, beautiful staff to help you eat to your hearts content you are in the right place. Rooms vary to your requirements, singles, doubles, and the family and friends, all can be taken care of. All self contained if you wish. We took a bus trip with the...

We spent a few nights in a one bedroom apartment and it was clean and comfortable. The apartment could do with a make over and refresh. The location is quiet and isolated from tourist things. But it is a great place to relax and unwind. The staff were all really good and have nothing but complements from us. The food...

My husband and I stayed at Medewi Bay Retreat after finding it in the RCI network. We originally booked a studio, but after inquiry decided to upgrade to one of the villas that had a swimming pool. We stayed in Hibisbus 6A and had an absolute fabulous 7 night holiday, striking up a comfortable friendship with the owners of the...

We stayed here last year and have returned as we had such a pleasant and relaxing time. This time we brought my daughter and her friend. It was a bit like coming home. The staff are genuinely friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in the studio apartments. They are quite spacious with the benefit of a cooking...

We've stayed at Medewi Bay Retreat twice and it is a great place to relax and absorb Bali. It is away from the "t-shirts, sunglasses and watches" of Kuta and delivers stylish, comfortable accommodation in a relaxed and informal setting. You can relax around one of the best pools, have a massage, a delightful meal or a refreshing drink. Tours...

We divided our 15 day (yes! 15 whole days) honeymoon into two halves and decided to go easy on the money in the beginning, so we could splurge all we could towards the end. We came across the Medewi Bay Retreat via RCI and happily booked our first week with them. Although our second half was planned at a fancier,...

Our response: Glad to hear that Andrew and his beautiful wife had a great time at Medewi Bay Retreat. As the resort no longer sells ‘time share‘ I did a little checking and found out that they actually purchased a new product called the ‘Flexi Holiday Plan’. This gives the buyer an advanced purchase discount on accommodation and can be...
