Often during overseas trips you find restaurants that are good but still lacking in something- Not the case with this one. Incredible wide range of foods, exquisite tastes in the foods and exceptional value for money and the most important thing for me-friendly staff. Congrats-you deserve a Michelin star!

Bottom Line: I highly recommend this hotel! I can't really pinpoint it, but the place has a great feel. The good: fantastic staff, beautiful location among the rice fields, clean accomodations, comfortable bed, no air conditioning (can leave windows open without listening to other's AC) The bad: It is farm country, so be ready for farm animal noises. I didn't mind but my wife is used to silence. No air conditioning. It would be nice to cool off after a hot hike, but the nights were nice and cool so we didn't miss it at bed time.

Hotel is located in a very beautiful and calm area among the rice fields. It is easy to go to the village and the path goes through very beautiful landscape with rice terraces (although the Munduk region is not flat => the road is steep sometimes). We spent in this hotel 3 nights in August. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Room and bathroom were in perfect state, cleaning was made each day, good breakfast rather common for Bali. We would come back with pleasure.

Long trip to reach Munduk - but the effort is highly awarded. What a beautifull place and so very, very nice people here. The view from the Resort is outstanding and rooms are very comfortable. All food here is prepared from the ground and tasted wonderfull. A walk to Munduk trough the forrest, hill and rice fields is hard but a must and something to remember.
