The location and price made my trip great because I saved Money and wasn’t too far from the job site. Also, the room was nice and cold, quiet, and clean..the only issue I had was having to ask for new towels. I guess the laundry was backed up that week. But I will def stay again.
The property is right off the highway, surrounded by chain link fence (with holes in it - so you can be greeted by the homeless/drug users when you arrive), the property is dirty, in complete distress. I booked it on the internet, but it looks unbelievably worse in person. Not worth it!
Had a 3 night reservation which was prepaid. The property is a dump; Checked into the room and found black mold. Contacted Expedia who we booked through to cancel remaining 2 nights. Expedia had to work with the management to authorized refund the next morning as manager was not on site that evening. After being guaranteed by both the hotel and Expedia we could check out early and receive a refund ,we left. Now the hotel is denying the refund.
Don’t do it!! Spend the extra $15, go elsewhere!!! 2-Star hotel so yes expectations are reasonable low. Understandable the phone is broken. Understandable the TV is padlocked. Understandable there’s mold all over the bathroom. Understandable there was no toilet paper left on roll. All of that was well okay, it is what it is. It’s a cheap place after all. The deal breaker was the genuinely shocking competency of the staff!!... Every encounter was beyond rude and overall for lack of a better term, very stupid. It was sooo bad y’all. It was like they didn’t give any *ucks at all and were intentionally trying to be rude. It’s not even the minimum wage factor, because McDonald’s has excellent amazing customer service in comparison. This was just bad.. so so shockingly bad. Don’t do it. Not worth the savings of $15 if you can help it...…
This property is in extreme disrepair. There were so many things in our room that were broken or missing. Missing lightbulbs, broken light fixtures, towel bar at the sink was broken, remote for the tv didn't have a battery cover, etc. The air conditioner was sketchy on a 95 degree day. It was struggling. There was no breakfast, even if the reservation says there is. I got there after an evening game and had to search for WHERE to check in. The days inn side was closed and I had to go to the property next door to check in. 50 dollar deposit for each room. THAT isn't listed in the reservation. They actually sent somebody to check my empty room to get my deposit back. Crazy! This is really funny: tonight, I checked the hotel site and a similar room was listed for nearly 140 dollars for tonight. Again: DO NOT STAY HERE!…
