Alola Inn is the perfect place to stay on Padang bai. The location is perfect, near to the harbor and the beach. My room was big and very clean. The bed was comfy. Hot water in the shower. Wifi. The pool is nice and just in front of your room. I had coffee and pancake for breakfast, was really good. The coffee was really really really good actually ;) But more than all this, the Staff is amazing. So kind, so helpful.Thank you all !
Booked this place for me and three friends for a night before getting the ferry to gili t. Booked it because of its cheap price and perfect location and was so much nicer than expected! Even had a pool. Rooms were massive and clean and staff were helpful when we had a late check in! Thank you!
We weren't at Alola Inn long, shorter than 24 hours! but the time we did spend there was good. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We stayed here on the way through to Gili T as it's really close to the ferry port (only 5-10min walk). Free breakfast was good enough and the pool was nice. Our bathroom smelt a bit funny and I don't think there was any hot water but all in all, was a ok place to stay just for the night.
Me and my friend stayed in this lovely place for 2 nights. Our room faced to the pool and garden. The bed really comfy and clean. It provided hot shower and wifi which were work properly. We had great service too! The staff were so friendly and made us breakfast every morning. The banana pancake and omelet were yummy. Thank you for the experience and we will definitely come back!!
Only good thing here was a comfortable mattress. There was no hot water, and the room and bathroom/toilet were so dirty - I have never seen anything like that ever, and I travel staying at a lot of cheap places. There was a layer of dirt and dust of several centimeters under the bed, spider nets everywhere you would look (in every corner, under the lamps, etc) and when we tried to switch on the ventilator, all the dust flew into our eyes and faces, just disgusting. We had to change the ventilator. When I asked the owner when the room has last been cleaned, he answered "yesterday", obviously a lie. The room has not been cleaned for months given its condition. We had to go to the lady in charge several times to be provided with basics as towels or even a blanket. The breakfast was not good at all - we couldn't even finish our plates even though we were really hungry. Avoid this place, it's a complete scam. We actually just ended up here because the guy from the Marina boat company took us there (he probably works on commission with them...), where he picked us up with a motorbike in the morning to go to the port (we were two people with big backpacks each). Avoid that company too !…
Nice place to chill by the pool, lots of lounge chairs, included breakfast was good and the coffee was delicious. Unfortunately I kicked my sheets off the bed while I was sleeping and got bedbug bites all over my legs.
Very well priced for a pretty basic stay. The room was clean but the bathroom had a lot of ants in it. They weren't a problem but were just there. The pool was good. Lots of animals around the property. The owner was awesome. Lots of good suggestions for things to do around town that we wouldn't have known about otherwise.
I stayed here for one night. The bungalows are nice and clean but did like the common areas, didn't find them particularly clean. The place is quiet and not far from the harbour. I am vegan and they did not have many things I could eat for breakfast, so, for me, breakfast was mediocre.
Here you will be warmly received. The owner is a nice host. The rooms are clean and adequate for backpacker. Additionally a cold beer is waiting for you in the kitchen, so we had a great time there. Lovely greetings from Germany
Alola Inn is a peaceful hide away, great pool area, beautiful trees all around, pets everywhere, sharing breakfast and sometimes hanging out in the rooms. Marco, the owner is a super nice guy and a great host and the breakfasts were wonderful. Stayed here for almost a month and felt like part of the family! If you want to experience the essence of Bali and its people this is a great place to do it from. The street out front is buzzing with activity all day and White Sand each is a short walk away.
