we used to stay many times in Puri Rai, since 2 years they have chickens in the garden. First it was funny to see the chicken. But now 2 or 3 coqs are shouting the whole night in front of the Bungalows. It was very noisy and impossible to sleep. Many guests complain and they promised that they will bring... More

Great getaway from kuta.Hotel has amazing room choices. Three pools, attentive staff from the manager down. Across the street from the beach. White sand and local people. Many eating places close by. We have stayed here three times now and will again. Loved it

Stayed in this hotel many times. Was clean and spacious, however the aircon in some of the rooms is under power, took a while to cool the room. The main reason I keep returning to this hotel is because of the dive shop next to it (Momo Dive Center). This dive shop provide the best service among the many dive... More

We have been returning to the Puri Rai after discovering it many years ago. It is very much like a second home to us now. We love the staff here and have had many fun experiences, particularly on New Years Eve. The rooms are large, clean and offer great value for money. The pools and grounds are very relaxing and... Enjoyed my stay as the room was really huge with good air conditioning. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets and blankets, I had a really good rest every single night. There was also cable TV available. However, the water heater and shower head in my room was slightly faulty but nothing major! Hot shower was not available until the... More

My brother and I spent two weeks at the Puri Rai Hotel in Padang Bai for a diving holiday with Geko Dive, which is within easy walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with kingsize beds, a large bathroom and a balcony. The hotel garden with the swimming pools is very beautiful. And the food in the restaurant is... More

We have stayed here on a number of occasions over the years. We always booked a room with a fan but were told there is only air con now. You can imagine our reaction to see that the fans in the room are still hooked up and working but the blades have been removed ?? Why not give the option... More

We stayed here in a family room for four nights to dive with MOMO Dive Center, the dive shop located within the hotel. The room was basic, bed was comfortable, but the shower only had slightly warm water. Was told that if the shower is cold, had to ask reception to change the gas for the water to be hot.... More

If you have a family vacation and need to stay in PadangBai area..then this hotel is suitable for you.The price is reasonable and facility is fair. Good location..surrounded by many restaurants..a walking distance to ferry service if you want to visit Gili Terawangan-Lombok.
