After arriving from a late flight from Australia we turned up to the hotel with a warm welcome from the man at reception. He didn't speak any English which we didn't mind as he smiled a lot and gave us our keys. My friend and I struggled up the stairs with very heavy luggage, no one offered to help. When...

Rooms were nice but the bathroom was okay not the best but you get what you pay for. All the staff are so kind and helpful, very warm welcome, so close to shops and restaurants and the beach, perfect location in kuta.

We stayed here for 10 nights and we were extremely pleased at the service we received. The hotel it self is not 5*.. For example the rooms/bathrooms/pool . But the staff and facilities are amazing. It's a small family owned business and they are so very kind and helpful. Everything we asked for they kindly got for us, including things...

recently stayed at legian village hotel on a package deal with STA travel. We weren't expecting much of a room but were surprised. Clean sheets, comfy beds, great staff and a hotel in a brilliant location.

Although it's our fault we left a sentimental jacket in the wardrobe, we contacted them whilst still in Bali and they denied it was in the room. They said housekeeping didn't find it either. Nobody else had stayed in room and now cannot be found. One of their staff is now the proud new owner of a jacket that cannot...

Stayed here in early Jan 2017. Ideal for the low price. Not totally spotless but clean rooms which I was comfortable in. Very friendly staff. Was recommended places to eat and go out nearby. I lost my wallet (had a lot of cash in) which was handed in by a staff member which made me feel very at ease and...

I love staying at Legian Village Hotel, nice restaurant, great location, close to beach, fixed price and market shopping, also plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff are fantastic and always willing to fix any problem you may have with accommodation. I always feel very safe staying here.

Arrived late on the first night only to be taken across the road to a dark alley and a second set of apartments. The room was basic (was not expecting much for the price) and on the plus side had a working aircon (settings could not be changed from freezing high fan but at least worked) and a TV. The sheets...
