We are not really satisfy with the customer service upon arrival. We got our room at rp 846,000 but with no breakfast included, we are not sure if that's the usual offer. The pool was small compare to many other hotels.

Breakfast needs to be improved ! Not too much choice in Buffet.... Security has to be stronger with new drunken rich come from East ! Otherwise it will turn like low class hotel for mass tourism... Staff is nice and gentle.

Upon arrival at the All Season Legion we were greeted and went through the usual check in formalities i.e. length of stay, where had we come from, taking photocopies of our passports, welcome drink and cold towel, usual chit chat and then to be told that they had a computer glitch with their booking system and they were overbooked. We...

We had a ground floor room which was quite small - In fact the bathroom and the outdoor shower area were larger than the room! Our room had sit out...

Very friendly staff, very helpful, great clean modern room, great free wifi, pool a bit small but happy hour made up for it. Happy hour was from 12 noon to 6pm then moved to the front bar from 6pm to 9pm. Perfect location. Will stay there again.

“The only thing I could suggest to improve our stay would be to have a few more towel rails in the bathrooms to aid with wet bathers, towels etc. The other rooms have clothes airers on the balconies and one of those would have been handy. ”
