Good situation in legian, close to the beach. On the way you find good shops about surfing and also many restaurants, The decoration is not modern, you have a fridge in the room which is cool. Breakfast was not include when we booked. Beds was smelling a lil bit when we entered. The swimming pool is never under the sunlight....

The ac didnt work properly, was really hard to get sleep. The room was suppose to have flat screen tv but it old CRT tv and channels didn't work. Pool area wasn't nice either. Room itself needs refreshing, new furnitures for example.

This hotel made us move rooms 3 times because first the aircon was not working then the toilet was leeking and when we had to book another night they told us we had to do it through booking.com and we could finally stay in the same room. When we booked they said it came through and it was fine but...

Considering the price I paid, the hotel was indeed good. Staff was very friendly. They had some issues with water supply and there was no water supply to the room for the whole day. Hotel is located at a considerably quiet area. Not very far from beach or night life centers. Free wifi is available everywhere but be aware that...

The Vilarisi Hotel is Conveniently situated and quiet. The hotel is fairly old and decrepit and in sore need of renovation. The air-conditioner in our room was struggling (and losing) a battle with the humidity. No bedside lamps and a wall socket hanging out of the wall is not good. The wash basin in the bathroom had a very bad...

Great hotel! In a nice quiet laneway, but within walking distance to the beach and clubs. Great massage parlour at the end of laneway , as well as a fixed price store and a minimart practically next door. The staff are lovely and very friendly although their English is average. The rooms are big spacious and have a great aircon....

Got a spacial price at the end of the season, so we thought we try it. Booked a double bed, breakfast and asked for pick up. No pick up from the airport, the reception girl told us I "booked" twin beds and breakfast wouldn't be included. After all got a double bed room, but the bathroom was smelling so bad...

We stayed at the vilarisi hotel for 8 days, the first day when we went to the pool it was disgusting.... Green and slimmy. No apoligies from the hotel, they said we could swim in it..... For the next 4 days they said they were speaking to the manager. Finally on day 5 they started to treat the pool but...
