We really enjoyed staying at the Jayakarta. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was so good and the rooms were nice and gardens are stunning. Pools are lovely and spacious with 3 to choose from. Location is great!

The pool is fantastic, and the whole grounds of the resort is lovely. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast is very boring, same thing everyday. The rooms won't very clean, very old rooms, no safe in the rooms. Would recommend this place if your traveling with kids, close to the beach, great place in Legian.

I would have given this resort 5/5 but to be honest, the rooms do need a makeover. Having said that, they are spotlessly clean and the staff are polite and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and there is a great choice of pools.Whoever complained about the breakfast is nuts!! The choice was there for all tastes and the egg-station, great....

We stayed at here for 7 days and were apprehensive about going after reading the reviews! Pros: - Beautiful grounds which were lovely to walk around - 3 pools - staff were extremely friendly and warm and took the time to learn your names - shuttle service to Kuta was great and saved us a few taxi fares - buffet...

I stayed here for 6 nights in early March. Yes. The room outdated, but still comfortable. We got the choice of a room near the pool or garden. It was nice to be given the option. The breakfast got a bit boring. On our last night we got very sick from something we had consumed at the hotel. When I...

The only positive i have about this hotel is the young girls on reception and the pool area. The first room we were given, even though we had asked for ground floor due to disability and stairs we were given a second floor room with a toilet that didnt flush. Upon changing rooms to a ground floor room, the locks...

Booked an apartment, which was dark and dated. A dungeon really. Balcony hardly fitted two chairs and no view. Changed to a room (250) which was better but still extremely dated, hole in the bathroom ceiling, toilet not working properly, plastic chairs on balcony. Staff unfriendly, not skipping any opportunity to point out applicable 'punishments' like $100 fine if you...

So OK, the location is good near the beach and views are great. But ... the rooms are very dated, holes in the ceiling, toilet not working properly. Shower marginal. Old plastic chairs on balcony. The basics are just not there. Staff is extremely unfriendly. Check in and 1st thing "lose the key will cost you $100". Pay upfront for the...

This hotel had everything you could possibly want and need. From 3 amazing pools, to the beach a stone throw away, right down to shopping right out the front!!! The rooms a little dated but that ok as it's only a place to reast your head at night! Food was quite a bit more expensive but was fine if u...
