We really had such a beautiful babymoon stay at this Hotel. The entire hotel staffs are very helpful amd friendly. The room where we stayed (Garden Club Chalet) was so clean, beautiful & newly decorated. Swimming Pools and other public facilities are also very clean.

The most special thing is the Club Lounge, everybody was so warm and friendly. They do have so many choices of canapes during the cocktail hours, and they all really tasty. Special thanks to Sumei, Bamia, Dana, & Karna who gave us a beautiful time during our stay. We also impressed with Mr. Putu who helped us a lot at the Lobby with such a positive vibes.

Two thumbs up for this hotel 👍👍

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Padma for 1 week recently and had an amazing experience.

The resort itself is absolutely stunning, there are pools and beautiful gardens everywhere. There are so many different options and things to do. Our favourite spot was the infinity pool which is adults only, it’s fantastic to have this option for those without kids who want some peace and quiet. They have happy hour from 3-6pm daily at all the pool bars which we took full advantage of (of course!). We also had a wonderful massage at the Padma spa, which was very relaxing and in a beautiful room. We also highly recommend the teppanyaki at the onsite restaurant, absolutely delicious and very entertaining.

The location of the resort is great with restaurants, massages, shopping and the beach all within walking distance. We found it hard to get into Seminyak for the first couple of nights as the traffic was horrendous (must have been crowds still from the holiday period) but after the first few nights this died down and it was a quick taxi in. If you don’t want to go to Seminyak there are plenty of options near by and we found some great bars with live music.

The thing that made this place my favourite though is the staff, they are beautiful people who go above and beyond. Particularly a staff member named Arin who did SO much for us, I can’t thank her enough. Our booking agent made some errors on our booking which resulted in us being booked in a room with a view we weren’t happy with (we wanted pool facing). We were told that there were no others available which we accepted because it was by no fault of the Padma resort but we left for our room quite disappointed, later on Arin hunted us down and found us at the pool bar to tell us she had sorted out a new room for us with a pool view. She also later organised for flowers and a romantic bath to be set up in our room. She said she wanted to make sure we were happy, it absolutely made our day. We were so happy with Arin’s customer service, she deserves a promotion! Another special mention to Nova who we met working at the infinity pool, he was wonderful to deal with and went above and beyond.

We highly recommend this resort to anyone thinking of booking, whether it be couples, a family or just a group of mates it would be suited to all. it really is a cut above the rest and I can now see why it is so popular and loved by all who have been. Keep up the great work Padma staff :-) We will be back!

I cannot express in words how kind hearted, polite and thoughtful the staff are. From ground staff, to the front desk, to pool staff as well as security, they are all such lovely people. You instantly feel so welcomed and taken care of as soon as you enter the resort.

Cleaning staff were so dedicated and went above and beyond their jobs, folding clothes and tidying absolutely everything in our room.

Buffet breakfast is always fresh and uses great produce, it is such a nice way to start the day.

Padma resort is the most beautiful and clean resort, it is so well kept and full of flowers and trees.

I extend my warmest gratitude to everyone at Padma for always making my stay so perfect. I will definitely be back.

The Padma Resort Legian has it all! Our second time at the resort and this time we took friends for their first Bali experience.

From the percussionists playing at breakfast, the gardeners, housekeeping, to bar staff, this hotel knows Customer Service! All staff greet you with a smile and and extremely friendly.

It has amazing pools, one for kids with water slides, an amazing lagoon style pool that snakes through the resort with swim up pool bar to an infinity pool for adults overlooking the beach (plus a few more pools). There is a kids program and kids club too.

We watched the hard working staff always being very attentive to the maintenance of the pool, and even the cleaning of the glass covered walkways every day!

The buffet breakfast has egg station (eggs your way), full hot choices including an array of vegetarian options and Asian cuisine in addition to a huge variety of western cuisine including pancakes, bacon, sausages, croissants, pastries, fruit, etc.

There is also another restaurant (Skai) overlooking the beach where you can dine , swim and watch the sunset every evening whilst listening to live music.

It is an amazing resort that has it all in a fantastic location.

Even the neighboring restaurants of Fat Bowl and Mama Maurici are exceptional.

I can highly recommend this resort!

The padma in legian is located on Jl Padma and is a large property with a seafront. There are several swimming pools in the property and some of them - are kids free. I also found out that guests with children are generally lumped together near the kids club. We were placed in the “new” chalet on the upper floor which has more privacy and is quieter. During our stay we attended the Balinese themed dinner which also included live music and a kecak performance. We also tried the Japanese restaurant Tenkai with its teppanyaki and extensive Japanese spread. The sunrise yoga sessions by the beach are a good way to start the day and are highly recommended. Crucially they have a departure lounge for you to stay between checkout and the time of your flight. The departure lounge is located next to the fitness centre so one can refresher up. In all a top class property with a handy location close to the beach and nearby restaurants or else catch a blue bird or grab to the nearby shopping centres at beachwalk, carrefour, discovery and lippo to escape the heat and humidity.

A very well maintained resort compound and hearty staffs that greet you in every corner without being intimidating. The garden are charming and admirable, you still can see birds and squirrels passing by closely in the neighbourhood. It is also
well lit in night and give different scene.

Our renovated deluxe chalet room located upstairs featuring comfortable large bed with several pillow option, fridge & minibar, working desk, and daybed that can turn into sofa bed. They also offered us to make up the daybed into bed by adding extra blanket and bed sheets for my son without extra charges. Resort information can be found on TV, we can also adjust the aircon up to .5 unit degree to match our temperature preference.

Modern clean bathroom completed with shower and tub, also special amenities for liquid products by Sensatia Botanicals with very nice scent blend. Water pressure and hot water were just right and great.

During this pandemic season, we can have in room or dine in option for breakfast. It was served ala carte by filled in form request everyday with several option. Be prepare for generous portion.

Their 45m main pool also great option to do lap swim or just chill out with some good food and snacks selection from pool restaurant. It is pretty clean and can be heated depend on the weather.

Outdoor kids club served by friendly care takers, ibu Agus dan kak Mery, which equipped with many toys and games for toddlers and kids. They accompany my son with friendly and cheery gesture.

Health protocol was firm and consistent. They checked your body temperature from entering the gate, marking with sticker, and provided sanitizer every time you did any activity with the tools like writing notes or signed the bill. Outdoor wash basin also provided at several point.

Kudos to Padma staff and management for their extra ordinary and sincere services also hard work on maintaining this compound to make it always clean, beautiful, and homey.

We stayed at Padma resort in November 2019, with our teenage son. We were holidaying with 2 other families. We stayed in a new deluxe chalet, which was very clean and had plenty of room. While were were here we used the main pool, buffet breakfast, beach pool bar, the food and beverage service at the poolside, room service, day spa, gym and departure lounge, and there is nothing we would complain about. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, our son was able to go shopping on his own as the central location meant he was no further than a block away from the resort. The beach sunset just across the road was amazing. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. I wish all resorts had a departure lounge like the Padma, as this enabled us to check out but still spend the day at the resort enjoying all the facilities, then shower and change before our late night flight. home. Special mention to Suartini at the day spa for her wonderful massages and Budi our housekeeper whose special touches made my day. Thanks Padma we had an amazing holiday!

Padma Resort Legian has been our home away from home for over 40 years.
We have made lifelong friends like Partita who can't do enough for us when we are relaxing by the pool. Then there was the lovely Budhi who cleaned our room with love and attention to detail and created clever towel animals as a gift to celebrate my 60th b'day. Padma has it all, spoilt for choice with multiple pools including an adults only option. Multiple options to eat, all the while greeted with the true spirit of Bali that comes from the people. Couldn't recommend the Padma enough, top marks from us

Having read and been given glowing reviews about this resort, my partner and I were understandably excited at the prospect of spending 15 nights here that thankfully ended yesterday.
From the moment we arrived we knew that we had made a terrible mistake. Having spent several wonderful holidays in Nusa Dua previously, it was immediately evident that the hotels in Nusa Dua were in a far superior league and, as time went on, so were the staff and facilities, particularly the quality of food.
On day one we complained about the small, dark and extremely noisy room that we had been allocated above the lagoon pool that incidentally couldn’t be seen as trees were blocking the view. Management very kindly moved us to a garden chalet room and this room could not be faulted; it was amazing. That however, was the highlight of the resort.
Breakfast was below the standard that we had become accustomed to in Nusa Dua. Tea and coffee was always cold and despite frequent requests to obtain hot beverages, this was rarely achieved. Restaurant staff who thought that they were being attentive and efficient were exactly the opposite and frequently attempted to remove crockery that was not yet finished with. The two toasting appliances did not work properly so even obtaining a slice of properly prepared toast was virtually impossible.
The sun loungers around the various pools had people crammed together like sardines. It was most awkward and made personal conversation impossible.
The SKAI bar was pleasant and the food average. A few good meals and a few bad ones here. Service however was pretty good.
On our day of departure, the hotel wanted to charge us $147 AUD to remain in our room for an additional two hours which we refused. The hotel’s ‘departure lounge’ room was woefully inadequate and we ended up at the airport six hours prior to our flight departure time all because we weren’t permitted two additional hours in our room unless we paid $147. Considering how much our 15 night stay had already cost us, not to mention the money we spent whilst at the hotel, this, in my opinion, is nothing short of disgraceful.
For the prices charged by this hotel, the standards, including that of many paying guests, certainly did not meet our expectations.
As for the surrounding area, let’s just say that if you don’t enjoy grime, congested traffic and being hassled every few steps by one of the charming locals, perhaps consider Nusa Dua.

We just had a wonderful week at the Padma Resort, which was our first visit to this resort. My husband and I travelled with our 3 children and because there were some renovations/upgrades happening in the resort, we were upgraded to a Chalet room. It was so perfect!! Two beautiful rooms connected with a small corridor so our kids could have their own space. The shower and the bath are just gorgeous, such a nice space to enjoy each day. We were so grateful for the upgrade!!
The lagoon pool was so much fun, everyday new friends to play with, the pools in pristine condition and lovely food and beverage service by attentive and friendly pool staff.
Breakfast each morning was really delicious with lots of good food available.
Staff throughout the hotel were lovely and friendly, always kind and helpful.
Although our kids never went into the Wolly Kids Club, we watched as some of the staff nurtured other children with such love and care and we saw lots of kids having a really great time. I would certainly feel comfortable leaving my kids here.
Overall a wonderful place to stay, beautiful grounds, lovely staff and great facilities. We would stay here again! :)

The chalets should meet your requirements, they are away from the pools. We stayed in a pool view room on the second floor in the building and had no real problems with noise. Have a great stay we found the resort amazing.

Unsure if there are rules on "other/outside guests" using hotel facilities?, room number and signature for all drinks & snacks, so if your friends want to chip in to your bill, no problem surely?
