Cute building and room, nice concept, and most importantly, friendly staff! Our stay was short, but we enjoyed it thoroughly. From the moment we checked in to the hotel, the welcome drink (don't forget to try their juices!), free breakfast with Mt. Agung scenery, free bike rental, and the introduction for traditional salt farming method used by locals. Definitely will recommend it to family and friends planning to visit North East Bali. I They also offer hiking package around Mt. Agung and Trunyan Hill and also able to organize fishing trip.

The hotel (2016) just (re) opened recently cos the vulcano eruption. While at the beginning of my stay I was a bit disappointed with some issues like no balinese food except nasi goreng and mie goreng, the outstanding friendly staff knew how to turn this around and other points to make it a wonderful stay. While I got free upgrade first to the bungalow instead of the standard triple room, I decided to upgrade by myself to upgrade the last night to the private pool suite to thanks them. They want to carry out their hospitality like a family, well this pays off for sure as I felt really at home here. Even some details have still to be perfectionized, The views are great, the balinese food more than great, and having once again no words for the so lovely staff. This hotel was absolutely amazing, the service was 10/10 and the views were breathtaking. The only downfall was the amount of mosquitoes in the room and the continental breakfast was only two slices of bread with a fried egg. Other than that it was an amazing experience.

After some days in Ubud my GF and I were in search of something less crowded and we found a little piece of paradise at this small resort! It's at the sea, has a nice little pool and two big ones of you rent a suite. The staff will go out of their way to make everything perfect. We got a lot of help in organizing day-trips and transportation. Making sure we would not overpay and got at the right place. We recommend this place to everybody!

Umah Tinjung Resort is an absolutely fantastic place with the best service, you could ever wish for. Henry, the owner of the place and his daughter Melinda who runs the place, are the nicest people and will do everything for their guests to have a good stay. It is clean and tidy and the rooms are very nice with very good comfy beds and air-con. Delicious pools and a beautiful garden. The food is delicious and they will come with menu suggestions. Our daughter is suffering from celiac disease, and they did everything to make her food, that she could eat, which was absolutely amazing. Can only recommend this place to anyone who wants a wonderful place to stay with lots of pampering.
