Firstly, thank you to the whole team here from start to finish. Fantastic staff, happy, helpful, welcoming. Big smiles. Lovely team work. The courtyard room was amazing. Spotlessly clean, lovely comfy bed with lots of pillows. Plenty of towels. The bathroom was half in and half out which was nice until it began to rain heavy and we were unable to use the shower before dinner. Later the same evening the water in the shower was on the cold side. Having our own hotspring pool was fabulous in a beautifully kept garden. The sun shade umbrella could do with a good clean or replacement. The grounds are beautifully kept and pool staff very attentive and friendly. There is also a library and small music room. Our valentines dinner was set up beautifully and food was just ok. There was a hiccup with my tuna but it was quickly replaced without issue. Breakfast was just ok too and very dissapointing to see 'plastic' sausage and dried up bacon. Thank you once again to all the wonderful staff.…

this is my third visit. i come here for hot spring pool which are really great. but the bed sinks in the middle and extremely uncomfortable, nOt to mention the pillow. my son slept on extra bed and said will never come back. maybe this will be our last stay...

All is good, the ambience, pool, hot spring, view, staff is fabs but one thing that ruin them, the room has terrible soundproof so you can hear your neighbors chat even their snoring 😬 I would recommend the private villa if you planning to stay at mimpi menjangan.

Stayed two nights in a villa and really enjoyed the private hot spring tub and also appreciated the common resort springs and pools as well. The villa was very nice. The property I learned was the first development in the area, as such it is older but seems to be extremely well maintained.

Thank you firstly for all the staff there. They are superb and so helpful. We came in a small group and they assign our room close to each other. The room is quite big, they have many Swimming Pools, and also thank you so much that they assign the room close to the hot spring pool. We really appreciate it. Really unique, that they have a glass botol in the room and we could refill it by ourself (hot water, cold water or normal) to the closest water dispenser around the hotel. Very unique and good hotel for family or maybe honeymooner 😊😊😍😍. Our regards to all of the staff and especially, Bapak Komang - Front Office Manager who make our stay memorable.
