Had a great time. Staff is really nice and helpful. I didn't use it but they wanted me to give a ride to the atm and everybody were given a place to stay in the restaurant after the earth quake also from other hotels. There is cleaning after two days. Not really good but enough. And the food for dinner is really good price and nice. And the youngest girl is so nice. There is no entertainment i know. I my room was airco (no 2) but in others sometimes only ventilator. I really liked the owners. That is so important!

We originally booked 4 nights but extended our stay to a full week. Sinar Bali 1 is a budget place with functional and clean rooms. The family running it is absolutely wonderful. Warm, kind, helpful and anything you can think of. There aren’t enough stars to give them! We were a group of 6 people (2 teenagers, 2 parents, 2 grandparents) and had 3 houses. At one point there was a problem with the bathroom in one house, this was solved very quickly. The food is excellent and made with love. We lost a piece of our hearts to Sinar Bali 1 and can only hope others find it as wonderful as we did to stay there.

Super nice family hotels with their cute little girls! Very welcoming! Beautiful sunset from the room and Restaurent. Cute room close from diving center. I've pass a great time with them! Nice talking with the women and the men playing guitar! Thank you!

I give 5 star for the view that I had from room 3. I catched the sunrise and I was fascinated by it, but keep in mind that you will not have the same view from all the bungalows. We visited an other one in the back of this, no view just a rooftop. The garden is really nice, the room is also nice but the pillows, hard as stone, made our sleep uncomfortable and couldn't rest well. The staff is nice but not so friendly and welcoming.

We came across this restaurant by random attraction to the peaceful and welcoming music as we walked passed. Three other tables were present include one family. We were quickly provided me us and offered drinks. We hand 2 x Bintang, 1x grilled tuna and 1x Balinese seafood special dish and dessert. The food was served very quickly and extremely tasteful!! The entire meal cost us $20,000RP. Such fast and friendly service but way more importantly excellent flavoursome food at a very reasonable price!! Totally recommended this for a cheap and tasty meal!

I will definitely be back to stay! The owners were very nice. Gave me rides to the atm a few times. Live music and dancing occasionally. Clean and quiet. Didn't have too much trouble with mosquitoes. Awesome banana pancakes!!!!

Got the room at the end of the property high up but limited view , however I can imagine the other rooms make it to a good deal- room are big , clean beds are comfortable - and now the reason for my poor rating - I couldn't sleep because the ceiling fan is right below the big bed but the bed has on top a not penetrable layer of fabric so the fan is close to useless and if you ever tried to sleep in a no breeze sticky room at the sea you know what I mean. A floor fan should do the job much better. So the basic service a good rest couldn't be provided by this guesthouse.

Our stay in Sinar Bali 1 was great! The room is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpfull! You can get great indonesian food and the breakfast is amazing compared to other places within this pricerange. The centre of Amed is a bit far, but there is another beach closeby. If you want to dive during your stay in Amed, we recommend Adventure Dive!

The positive aspects of our stay aspects of our stay at Sinar Bali 1 was the staff's willingness to be helpful and drive us to different locations close to the hotel. Hotel had entertainment one night, which wasn't too bad. Biggest disappointment was not having our room cleaned daily. Wifi was slow and did not work at times.

We arrived at this place without a booking having seen the reviews on trip advisor and seeing availability on agoda. The first problem that we had was that the price offered was 50,000 more than what was offered on agoda. When we raised this point they offered a 30,000 discount which we said wasn't good enough. They then said they would speak to the owner and get back to us. We never heard from the owner and on checkout they gave us the higher bill. After a bit of talking they offered us the agoda price. The room itself was ok, with a good view out to sea. The only problem with the bathroom was that the toilet flush didn't really work. This place is OK but I don't think it deserves the reviews it has. If we were back in amed we would go elsewhere.
